I am a 38/40 B/C cup. After consulting the size chart it seemed that I fell between a Large and an XL so I initially ordered a XL. I found the XL to be a bit too big; it fit well around the back and the cup fit decently but the straps were a bit longer and the band along the bottom of the bra went too far down below my chest so it wasn’t as supportive as I’d like. So I ordered in a Large and they fit great; they aren’t too tight around my back, fit better, and provide better support. I think they’re supportive enough for light to light/moderate exercise (I lightly jog on treadmill, use elliptical, and lift hand weights in my home gym set-up); I would not recommend these for running or other exercise that you need a lot of support for as I still have a lot of movement in this bra (unlike other sports bras I have had that keep you tightly in place). They washed and dried nicely. The pads are removal (although I am leaving them in), they are easy to get in and out of bra, are a nice shape that provide modesty, and wash/dry nicely. Very happy and for less than $9.00 each (I bought the 4 pack) you can’t beat the price for light exercise.

These fit great and are very supportive. They help remind me to keep my posture during the day. Love the colors.

Order a size down if you like your bras tighter
I like my bras to be pretty tight to hold these puppies in. I always wear my bras 24/7 because I feel naked without one, even for sleeping. I wear a 36DD-36DDD (depending on the bra) and originally ordered the Large. They’re an OK size but after you wear it for a few hours it kinda stretches out and isn’t as tight anymore. I decided to just keep them because they’re comfy and ordered another set in the Medium size and they fit perfect. The Mediums don’t stretch out after a few hours and stay snug all day and night. These have very poor support so they’re not good for exercising for us large chested girls unless you’re planning on hitting yourself in the face repeatedly, but the cups do provide a pretty decent, round shape and you can’t beat the comfort!Thank God it doesn’t give me the dreaded torpedo t!ts like 99% of Chinese-made bras do. Every other bra I’ve ever purchased from Amazon or Walmart has given me those horrible torpedo boobs. I wish manufacturers would stop making those darn things. It’s not 1950 anymore and those pointy boobs haven’t been in style for 70 years unless you’re Lady Gaga. 1 out of the 8 bras I purchased came with slightly torpedo cups, but I was able to relax them back to a rounded shape after smooshing them around for a while then running them through the washing machine. I’d return for a replacement if you get ones with pointy cups.

Just OK for me
I bought these after a friend recommended them. I am a 36D and I bought a Large. I would say in this size they would be good for lounging but not for exercises like running. It would probably be better for workouts in one size smaller.I have bell shaped breasts with loose tissue so I should have known when I ordered that the recommended size would be a little off for me. I do plan on returning since I ordered a couple of different kinds of sports bras and one of them is better already, but if that weren’t the case I would try to exchange and give the Medium a chance. O well!Also- I’m 99% sure these are the same as that other well known sports bra on Amazon. I ordered the L in both and that other one was better for me. These appear to run about one size larger than the other brand.Update: I decided to keep these for at home lounging even though I said I would return. I had to throw out the inserts, they were like having cardboard inside the bra and gave me a nuclear warhead shape. But without the pads the large gives me very little support. I can’t fathom wearing these to the gym or for any workout at all. I would definitely recommend going a size down unless you want a black eye. Keep in mind that these do stretch with wear so even if they’re tight when you first put them on they will warm up and loosen.

I was really surprised with how soft, comfy and supportive these are. I bought my first set of 4 when they were on a lower price offer as I was a little dubious if I am honest. I was so happy I ended up ordering a second set of 4 at full price. They wash well, no shrinkage if you follow the washing instructions. I have used them for pt sessions, circuits, normal gym / weight sessions, running and biking and I can not fault them. I followed the sizing guide and as I was inbetween and Im loosing weight I opted to go for the smaller size of the two I was between purly just so I wasnt buying some then ending up needing to replace them in a month or so. Thankfully the material is stretchy enough to fit without causing discomfort or looking like Im going to pop out of it.
