Good value for the money
Got these to workout downstairs. My husband is super impressed with the functionality of them. They are pretty easy to use, you just twist to pick up extra weight. Looking forward to working out with them more.

I love these! I am a 59 y/o male. I am in good aerobic shape but terrible strength and flexibility. I know I need to start lifting. So I am doing a YouTube video (Caroline Girven Iron Series) and using these dumbbells. I really like how many weight settings they have, more than the others on Amazon. I was worried that to have so many weight settings, they might resort to using a different amount of plates on each side of the dumbbell, but that is not the case. There are the same number of plates on each side of the dumbbell, so the dumbbell is balanced correctly.After a few tries, it is very easy to get the bar back into the tray to change weights. Each weight level is well marked and it “clicks” when you have it set. And then you just lift!I have used these now for 4 weight training sessions. I am very happy with my purchase.

Good quality at a good price.
The only complaint i have is the shipping. It came in one, half torn and heavy box. The dumbbells themselves are great. I decided to go with these specifically because my wife wanted 5 pound increments. They are easy to switch back-and-forth and good quality for the money. They save a ton of space in comparison with an entire set of individual weights. They don’t feel cheap and rickety at all.

So far so good. I love the varying weights in 2½ pound increments. It makes it so much easier to get different types of workouts in and for anyone in the family. So far it seems very sturdy, easy to shift between weights. It’s a little pricey, but if you need to be able to workout at home with very little space then this is your product.

Plate Continually Falls Out. Now Useless.
These would be great except that one of the plates continues to fall out, rendering these essentially useless and potentially dangerous. Without a way to contact the seller for a replacement plate, I will be returning these and finding something else. Disappointed.
