I’ve bought 5 copies already, and buying more. Absolutely love this.
I’ve tried so many different methods and tools to accomplish mid-term goals – Evernote, spreadsheets, ToDoist, various calendars, dream journals, Field Notes, various apps, sticky notes, Kanban, PERT charts, etc. I’m one of those people that wants to do everything and accomplish it all – but rarely do because I’m so busy trying everything else! Admittedly, I still use my iCal (calendar app) and ToDoist, but this 100 Goal Journal has made all the difference in the world. ToDoist/iCal don’t keep your mind/eye on the prize. This journal was the missing piece for me and it helps me lock in all my other productivity methods by keeping the bigger picture on the horizon.Just as an important as this brilliant 100-day goal journal is – is the quality and price. It’s priced just right so I am happy to buy multiples for myself and for my friends. The paper quality is excellent (unlike other journals out there that either tear easily or are “see-thru”). The hard back cloth cover feels wonderful. I like to leave it on my desk to serve as a constant reminder and it looks great. As silly and superficial as it may sound, having a journal that looks and feels good is important. It keeps you inspired and motivated. As soon as I click submit on this review, I am buying a few more. This damn little book is incredibly valuable and will seriously propel your dreams into reality.

I buy one of these every 100 days now.
Well actually, I have a stack of three of them in my office. These make actionable and realistic goals achievable. The structure of the book with the check-ins and rating your progress help you hold yourself accountable and reflect on what was good, bad, etc.I really like these. It’s like a life coach (but it’s you. You’re the coach. The book is your playbook).Simplicity at it’s finest.I recommend these books for everyone who wishes to accomplish something.(everyone).

I Have Bought 6 So Far
Simple, poorly written even (typos etc) but the construct is very effective.

Working OK so far as a pre-printed bullet journal
I have no idea who the designer is and have never heard the podcast. I just wanted something to cut down on the increasing annoyance of rewriting goal blocks in my bullet journal every day, but the other related journals seemed a little too like $400 Breadmakers for my needs. This one is priced right and close enough to my normal dailies to work for me. It would likely be inspirational to the right person, but I suspect you’d have to feel analog systems are borderline decadent to begin with. If you don’t gravitate toward writing to-do lists by hand here and there already, this isn’t going to miraculously make you enjoy writing by hand.EDIT 2024: I’m still getting these. I replace the gratitude part with what my reward is going to be if I finish because gratitude journaling is demotivating for some of us. I don’t generally bother putting what time I’ll do something, but I may put in how long I’ll work on it. I use the evening page for brainstorming what I’ll do the next few days. Yeah, I could probably just use a blank journal or steno pad at this point, but I have a kind of ritual trigger with these that works for me now.

Great journal
Very structured. I like this style of journal and have bought two for major goals in the last two years: 1. Getting my FINRA licenses out of college 2. Organizing the first 100 days of my sales activity as a financial rep. I did find it helpful both times with a specific goal of passing standardized tests and an ambiguous goal of producing B2B sales output.
