If I say they’re good, then they’re good. I also love that they come with four band,definitely a product I can stand behind. Pretty good set for about $20.
I just had back surgery and can’t lift weights so these bands provide just enough resistance for my 6 months of dormant muscles while I recover. Great for stretching and gently working my legs arms and core. I prefer the circular one piece design over the bands with handles….
