How did we get our start?
Exercise and physical training is something that permeates all facets of our lives. While many of us imagine bodybuilders or endurance athletes when the word exercise is mentioned, the results of everyday exercises we all do are a lot closer than many of us realize. That’s why we at Zinsk have pushed to include exercise related products in our catalogues, because we recognize that for many, being able to reach goals related to exercise is something that can seriously impact anyone’s life.

This is great for desk people
Wanted to give it 10 stars! Neat and compact. I love how easy it is to just keep moving even while working on long projects at your desk. This is even useful if you have an injury or are now gently starting up an exercise routine. I also appreciate the different ethnicities shown in the cards.Love it, buy it ,own your bodyworks!

Fun way to be more active
Printed exercise sheets scattered around? Routines and tips scattered documents over the computer? Bookmarks that are not looked at a second time? These cards give another way!The cards well designed with pictures that are easy to understand. Have a few minutes? Pick a card and do it. Want a 20 minutes set? Either specifically or randomly pick 10-15 cards and go through. It’s making a big difference in the way I approach the task of being more active.

Great prompt to get moving
I have these for at the office. I randomly select 6-8 a day and try to space out doing them during the day. All cards done and back in the box before I can go home! They are reminding me of some muscles I don’t typically use as well!Only change I would make is to the box. I took out the extra collar that was glued in for the lid to seal against and it made it so much easier to pull out cards. But I keep mine open on my desk so it doesn’t need to close snuggly ever.

Cards are very informative
These are about the size of playing cards. They have a lot of very useful information on stretches and chair exercises. Now it’s just up to me now to do the exercise.

Get This if you are at your desk all day like me!
Ever heard the term movement snack? I have a demanding desk job and find myself working hunched over my computer for multiple hours at a time for up to 14 hours a day. I was getting very achy and sore and stiff all over. I decided to try these out, and I have already started to feel less tight and achy. I keep the deck on my desk to remind myself to take breaks. The prompts and illustrations are easy to follow. I feel invigorated after taking a quick break and ready to get back to the grind!

They are very good. Nice quality cardboard and organised with coloured tabs in a sturdy box. You can divide them into body parts or into your favourites and shuffle. Set a timer and pick a few – perfect for use in the office.I’m lazy. I’ve never used them. Be honest with yourself!
