Exactly what the PT required
These bands are really helping me recover from a muscle strain. With five levels of resistance, there is bound to be one that works for you. Plus, it comes in a nice drawstring bag to keep it organized. I took them to PT and she helped me choose the right strength and showed me exercises.

NOT mini
These are good-quality exercise bands, but they are not “mini.” The ones I received measure a full 12 inches long; the full-sized ones I bought from a different vendor are 11 inches. (The “mini” that I bought from a different source on Amazon are 9 inches)
