Super cute and useful
Not sure if I got a misprint or not. But it goes starting point measurements, top goals, the calendar,then monthly review. And repeats that 3 more times. Hen goes into the weekly meal and exercise plan and then the actual food tracker portion. I feel like it would have been better have the calendar for each month separate cause you’d have to flip back and forth to the beginning of the journal to keep track of everything. Again mine might be a misprint but it is still very cute and I can’t wait to start using it.

A well designed food journal
The notebook arrived quickly and is perfect for what I wanted. It is well-made and has a spiral design that makes it easy to flip between days. The motivational stickers make keeping this food journal a bit more fun. There’s plenty of room to record your food and macros.

PROS:Has almost everything you need in a planner and is more than just a food journal!Includes:1. Large size Monthly calendar with goal setting section2. Monthly body measurement tracker with reflection/review page3. Weekly exercise plan4. Weekly meal plan5. Daily Food Log with macro section, activity log, goal section, water intake log, mood tracker, sleep tracker, energy tracker6. Weekly Notes section (great for a to-do list or reminders)7. Comes with Stickers8. Has a Pocket9. Comes with a user manual with pictured examples! Very helpful in understanding how to use it.10. Hardcover & spiral bound so it wont get easily damaged and easy to keep on the page you want during a workout.CONS:1. There’s not alot of stickers and the variety/quality could be better2. The folder in the back is too narrow and doesnt fit the stickers or the user manual (which is convenient to take on the go).3. Only 4 months of tracking4. The page order/layout is inconvenient and confusing. Example: all the monthly calendars & body measurements are together then the monthly reflection/review, then the next section is all the weekly exercise & meal plans. So you have to flip back & forth constantly and the sections arent labeled with tabs.*It would make more sense to separate the monthly pages as the start of a new section with 4-5 weeks of exercise & meal plan pages in between or make the rings/binding so one could adjust it themselves to their liking

I would have given it 5 stars, but I received a defective one. I can’t send it back via Amazon because I noticed the defective after I had already started filling it out, so definitely check your journal’s pages if you buy one, which I highly recommend you do because it’s a beautiful crafted food journal. I think it’s a little overpriced, but not by much because it’s really nice and sturdy.I’m the type of person that needs accountability and this journal allows me to write down my thoughts and progress. It keeps your daily eating organized. You weekly food prep & exercise organized and your monthly goals organized. To be frank it keeps you ORGANIZED with dieting and exercise, so if you aren’t organized or don’t know where to start when setting goals for yourself in your weight loss or exercise journey, please start with this journal.I’m going to reach out to their customer service and will update if they can help me with my defective journal.Update: Customer service reached out & provided a refund. Great planner!!
I love this planner!! It helps me plan & organize all my workouts & meals. It also helps me keep track of everything related to my fitness & weight loss journey. I will definitely purchase another when needed!! 🙂

It is functional, but organized weirdly
The food journal is sturdy and beautiful. I like the space allowed for recording info. My one complaint is that it is organized strangely with extra pages randomly added in places that don’t make sense. The journal is also only 4 months. I didn’t realize that so I probably would have opted for a different one if I knew that beforehand (especially for the price). All-in-all, I can make it work so I will keep it and use it, but I will not be buying another one. The food journal is just organized in a illogical way that annoys me, but it is functional.

This is by far the best food diary I have seen and used. You can tell a lot of care went in creating the diary. The packaging is on point, the diary is very clear and has many section to help you track progress and set goals and its big enough to fit 3 months worth of food planning and exercise.Excellent product will definitely buy again
