I’ve been using these a lot over the last year and they have been great for arm-wrestling training on a wrist wrench handle. No signs of wearing out prematurely yet like other bands I’ve had.

Kinda cheap material
I already had a couple bands that I’ve been using. Figured I get these for some extra ones. These don’t stretch as well as my others. Seems like they load up without a even pull. The extras I got is really worth what I paid. But will not order more.

Happy with purchase
Bought these last winter to be able to have easy resistance training while away for winter, and very portable – easy to pack and bring by car or plane. I used them all winter and they are good quality, easy to use and the different resistance levels came in handy depending on the exercise or body part I was working. I highly recommend. I also like the carry bag to keep them together when traveling. Next year I’ll skip bringing the easiest band as I didn’t use it, but I used the rest. I also like the attachments that allow you to us it in a door frame.

The products arrived early. The bands are really well made and the hook attachments make them really easy to attach but they also make me feel a lot safer because the hooks are not just attached with a knot at the end which always made me uneasy on my other set. Very happy with this buy.

The product looks very gimmicky. I’ve used a similar product before at my friend’s place. And I expected a similar quality of this product. But this one was really bad in terms of quality, and also it came in a bubble wrap without any normal branding/packaging. Seemed like someone had used it before. Please do not get this particular product!
