Goal Shift Workbook : allows me to take charge of my life and make changes at my own pace..
In my busy life, I have found this “Goal Shift“ workbook to be engaging, informative, and a great way to put any spare time I have , to productive use. When I say spare time , I mean 10 mins while I wait to clock in for work, 15 mins waiting in the doctors office.. and so on. I like that the workbook is written clearly and introduces the steps slowly, emphasizing key concepts through repetition, which creates a solid foundation of information, that I can absorb at my own pace. Each module is detailed and informative, without feeling overwhelming or like I have to rush to complete it quickly. I am still in the process of completing the workbook, so I cannot say if it has resulted in success. What I can say, is that I am enjoying the process, which has inspired me to take a deeper look at myself and what I want out of life. This goal setting planner, “The Goal Shift Behavior Change Module”, is a straightforward and to the point, no nonsense goal planning guide. It breaks down a gamechanger goal into smaller and more manageable parts, broken down into weeks. It might be a good starter guide for something big you want to achieve but are overwhelmed by all the steps.

NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN
The Goal Shift Behavior Change Module has a few good tips and a few questions that will lead you to a deeper level of thinking regarding change, but, there is nothing new in this “module” that I’ve not read before, heard someone say before, or that you can’t do an internet search to find quickly. Honestly, it feels as if the author did that search himself/herself and pulled this booklet together.This is a really thin booklet, with 27 pages, but what bothered me most is that many of the questions were repetitive and there weren’t a lot of questions to begin with. Only a few pages contained actual information, and the other pages were in workbook style (asking you the same questions, different day).My second issue is, for a written work to be this small, there were way too many typos, and I loathe typos.I would suggest the author head back to the drawing board, come up with some NEW information, and include enough of that information to actually sell this and make it worth someone’s while.Lastly, above all else, don’t ever publish anything again without having it professionally edited and proofed.

I’m blown away by this booklet. It’s incredible. There’s no fluff… the content on each page is explained so clearly, things instantly started to click for me and I didn’t even have to make it very far for me to start seeing results. I can’t imagine where I’ll be once the booklet is completed based off these initial very early results. I just can’t believe it. Never seen anything like this before but it’s helped me so much. I think this is new… but whoever created this surely is brilliant and you want this instruction in your corner as you work towards achieving your goals. This booklet will be a staple for me going forward and I couldn’t recommend it enough to others.

I purchased this to have a great tool for my students and athletes for the upcoming school year. This is really laid out nicely in a usable and repeatable format. I am really excited to use this when school begins in a few weeks. This tool is very easy to use but still has quality information and tools.
