These bands were the perfect buy and with little extras.. a little seamstress measuring tape and fabric pony ties!!! Extra bonus was a small pocket exercise guide! I also loved the pastel colors and labels indicating weight range in lbs and kg.

These a very comfortable to wear. They really help with my glute-building exercises to ease back pain. I can even keep it on as I walk around the house for added resistance.It comes with a bag for storing and a measuring tape to measure results.

These are your average bands. Find that the rubber ones roll up. But these did the same so I don’t know if I’m stretching them too much so why that keeps happening? But they keep writing up my legs as I’m doing squats. Or other exercises? They do fit nice and they are stable. They are durable, they have resistance. And great elasticity? Just were a little small.
