    Not What I Expected
I recommend that you get the Paperback Version. The price difference between the paperback ($3.95) and the Book that was Spiral Bound is HUGE (29.95). I could not find this spiral Bound book on the ADA site. I will keep this book, because this is what I order and it’s on me but will not order from this seller again. DEFINATELY not what I expected.

Well worth buying and very good read useful if you want to stay in good health for the low cost.

A basic list of foods that you would buy at a grocery store. Carbohydrate content for small amount of each item , so that if you measure your food, you could theoretically calculate the carbohydrate content of your portion.Type font used in the list is very small so that I must concentrate to be able to read the charts.Foods are described either as ‘low carbohydrate’ , eat as much as you want or limited quantity.Focus is only on carbohydrate content so it only comments on carbohydrate content. This is NOT a ‘guide to a healthy diet’.If you want a basic carbohydrate list, this book does have that list.
