This has really helped me stay goal oriented. The color is beautiful and exactly as pictured. There’s also plenty of room to write and customize the look of each month if you want to! Very Detailed, Sturdy and Colorful!
I really like the way that they packaged it in a protective case. It is SUPER cute! I really enjoy looking at the cover with it’s deep purple, the feel of the material, and all of it’s inspirational graphics. The graphics help me look forward to planning my meals. The planner is easy to read with nice sized font, and what I like most is the Monthly Review option at the end of each month so that you can see where you are and identify if you are getting closer to your goal. Lovely but disappointed with descriptions
Love the book design and cover. Despite the photos making it look hard cover, it’s a soft pliable cover. The description indicates there is a measuring tape and convenient pen loop. It does not include either of those things. It arrived in a frosted plastic box. I realize companies are cutting costs by removing features. I just wish they included updating their product descriptions as well.

Awesome food diary!
I got this food journal after my nutritionist recommended keeping one to log everything I eat as part of my weight loss regimen. I have to say that this journal template is EXTREMELY thorough and covers all the bases. There are monthly and weekly pages to log food intake and measurements, starting and ending stats, goal setting, pages for writing recipes, and detachable grocery lists. The journal itself feels high quality and the paper is thick and doesn’t let fountain pen ink bleed through. I am so motivated to use this journal for my weight loss journey!

I’ve only received this today so I haven’t started using it properly yet. However, looking through I’m really impressed with the thought to detail in this journal.It includes whole separate regimes on both your fitness and diet tracking and goals, progression and reflection. Additionally, including an exercise calendar for planning, the opportunity to write your favourite recipes, keeping everything all within the journal; a section for you to write shopping lists that tear out, and a list of varied healthy fresh food to give you ideas of ingredients to use in your meals, including the nutritional values and calories for each.The layout seems very easy to work with, and I feel like by looking through it that I’m going to really enjoy using this journal alongside my journey. The inclusion of the stickers for a visual and vibrant representation and tape measure was a nice touch as well.However I will express, for myself personally, I’m very familiar and confident with exercise, workouts and nutrition. So from a personal perspective I don’t need ideas for recipes on that front. But for someone who is new to improving their nutritional choices and exercise lifestyle. I would recommend in getting a few recipe books to give you a broader range of ideas to work with, simply exchanging any unhealthy ingredients for healthier choices if required.But it has everything else necessary to aid you in your planning and keeping in tune with your health journey. Increasing discipline and motivation, having the opportunity to reflect on your hard work.Personal first impressions is, I feel like I’ve received value with everything included, and definitely worth the price tag👍
