Plate works Great!
It’s very powerful and sturdy. My husband is 250LBs and the vibrations works great for his weight. it is easy to increase or decrease the workout length and intensity. Because of the different setting and low impact, he was able to use as part of the recovery from a back surgery. The plate is not too noisy, and light enough to move to any room in the house to watch TV while using. Seems to help with my circulation in legs.

I use this plate frequently – I can feel a difference
After seeing one of these in my acupuncturist’s office, I decided to invest in one. I use mine 3-4 times a week. It’s very sturdy, and with the variety of programs, I am able to target different needs. I usually watch some tv while I am using the vibration plate and it’s not so noisy that it interferes. I have been on a journey to improve my overall health, and I appreciate that this plate helps facilitate lymphatic drainage and addresses muscle tone and balance. I am gradually integrating different postures into my use of the plate and am happy with my purchase. I can absolutely feel a difference after using it. I was also happy to learn that many training facilities use these plates for professional athletes. This item was reasonably priced and well made.

Love this vibration plate.
I love everything about this vibration plate! I just wish the remote control was more user friendly (hence 4stars)! I tend to just keep pushing it until I find a shake that I like. I’ve been using it since I got it, about 15-20min a day. It’s weird but I have the urge to urinate within minutes. It shakes in 3 stages, low medium and high! I’d say read the user manual before you jump on it to make sure you’re doing it properly and finding the right program speed. Also, the Pilates bar & resistance bands are a plus.

This is quite possibly my favorite item I’ve ever bought from Amazon. It relieves fatigue, calms my nervous system, is super easy to use, and has multiple settings. It’s made well and feels sturdy but is easy enough to pick up and put in different rooms if you need to. I literally look forward to using this every other night.

I Love this Thing!
I love this thing! At 69 now, I haven’t mustered up the nerve to sit or do exercises on it yet. I do some arm m. Shoulder and neck exercises and occasionally stand on one foot then the other in front of my kitchen island for balance. It’s energizing and from the first time I stepped on it I noticed an improvement in my posture.

Fair plate to try it out, but would not recommend
I’ve been using the vibration plate almost daily for about 3 weeks.Pros: good starter plate to see if you like using due to low price.Cons: remote doesn’t work correctlyPlate is a bit small, if you have big feet, then definitely don’t get. But I would recommend looking at plate dimensions before buying one and get a bigger plateI can’t seem to get manual mode to work at allThere are nubs and studs in the plate where I suppose your feet should be. They are definitely uncomfortable if in bare feet.If sitting on the plate, it’s easy to accidentally turn the machine off, possibly due to the plate being small.I didn’t feel like sending back but I would definitely recommend getting a different plate.
