I’ve finished one journal and immediately bought another. An excellent product, good size, easy to throw in a bag.I didn’t count calories, just wrote down the time and what I ate. I’m a “bored eater” and it was hard to fall into that bad habit when what you just ate half an hour ago is right there in black and white!Even looking back over the last week enabled me to see some of my bad habits (too much coffee and ice cream, not enough exercise and vegetables). Helps to keep track
I was in need of a new macro tracking book and I loved the look and contents of this one. My previous book was great, but I like that this one has ribbon bookmarks, a monthly calendar and a pen loop holder. It also has an extra macro column where I can track net carbs.
