THIS NEW FLAVOR IS AMAZING!!! I knew I would love it, as I LOVE the green apple and blue raspberry one. So this one is right up there with them!! So good and I get a great pump for my workout!!

Good for cheap pre
it tastes alright for a while then it kinda just starts tasting like medicine. yes it does taste like bomb pop. the performance is good for a while then you start building tolerance. it does give you energy you’re no longer eepy yk. yes it makes you itchy on your face and body like pins and needles. i recommend consuming the whole tin even the packet in one sitting, trust bro trust it’s good for your heart because yummies.

No !! Never again !!!
So workout wise it works fine. It’s everything else that’s awful!! Its pretty clumpy in the container. There’s little pop rocks in the ring pop 1 so after shaking in my shaker the pressure POPS it open. The flavor is … fizzy?? But not in a good way its very strange. Ntm u would think w all the fizz there wouldn’t be any of it left at the bottom of the cup but ALWAYS I get a big sip at the end of the powder/pieces. The worst part for me n the main reason I am writing this is cuz two days n a row it gave me such a cramp in my side! I don’t know why it did it, all ik is 2 days in a row I drank it before a class and rite before warm up I’d start cramping the second day it happened sooner I actually had to tap out of my workout class cuz it was so uncomfortable.!! It was so bad I couldn’t tell if if was a gas pain or my appendix!! I’m talking a good 5/6 hrs it felt like this!! I don’t know how it would do that but ik it wasn’t a coincidence that I felt the same pain after taking it. I still have half a container left that I won’t be using now . Turned out to be a total waste of money and more importantly n my case REALLY SCARY !!! NO jitters or anything like that.

Very good flavor. But the bottle was half open and about a cup of the powder had spilt into the shipping box.

Great product
I have used this product before, works very well. Perfect balance of energy and motivation without feeling like crap afterwards. Only issue is my package came unsealed witch makes me uneasy, but was able to get a replacment.

Ryse is my favourite preworkout, been using it for years. This flavour is good as far as any of this stuff goes.. and it definitely gives me the energy boost I need/want within 20 minutes For me also my mood is kept high all day and I love that.

The feel from it was good but I received it and there was parts of it that were almost a gum consistency I’m assuming that’s due to moisture getting in the pre-workout the flavor was tolerable. I’d buy again just worried about the moisture issue in the future.

Bought for my son.Tastes great, nice ingredients compared to other cheap alternatives. Helps aid performance, good results. Have tried several different flavours from the same Brand. All good stuff.
