Product Description
How do I adjust the length of the jump rope?
Measure against your body, then hold the self-locking system to loosen/tighten the cable length. The self-locking system secures the length, providing a customized fit for your jumps.
Can I use this jump rope for different types of workouts like CrossFit and boxing?
Yes! Its high-speed 360° rotation and self-locking design are perfect for CrossFit & boxing. It keeps up with quick movements, enhancing your workouts and helping you achieve better results in various fitness routines.
How durable are the ropes? I’m worried about them breaking easily.
Very durable! The steel wire core & PVC coating ensure strength. The wear-resistant tubes protect from friction. They can withstand regular use and last a long time, so you don’t have to worry about them breaking.
Is the handle heavy?
No, the aluminum handle is lightweight. The weight is only 2.3 Oz per handle. If you want a heavier jump rope handle, you can choose Asin: B0D99XJ6MD and Asin: B0D9LD81JV.
Why is the tail of the handle not sealed?
Because the inside of the rope is wrapped with steel wire, it cannot be cut with scissors and can only be cut with pliers. Some users have different exercise needs, and the lack of sealing is to adjust the length of the rope at any time for anyone.
Self-Locking and Double Bear Balls: Our jump rope’s self-locking system and double ball bearings ensure seamless 360° rotation. The self-locking prevents loosening during intense workouts. This allows for high-speed jumping, crucial for HIIT and boxing. Minimized friction from the bearings guarantees a smooth experience, reducing trip risks. Beginners and pros alike can maintain rhythm, optimizing form and reaching fitness goals faster.
Adjustable Cable Length for Personalized Training:The unique handle design enables easy cable length adjustment. You can customize it to your height and preference. A proper length is key for correct form, reducing injury risks and maximizing workout benefits. Whether short or tall, users of all levels can effortlessly find their ideal length for a comfortable and effective session.
Ergonomic Stainless Steel Handle for Comfort and Control: The ergonomic stainless steel handle offers a firm grip. Its sleek build ensures comfort, reducing hand fatigue. The durable material resists corrosion and wear. Even distribution of force across the hand minimizes blisters. You can maintain control throughout workouts, enhancing the overall jumping experience.
Tangle-Free Ropes for Hassle-Free Jumping: Two 118-inch ropes, black and red, are tangle-free. The steel wire core and PVC coating combine speed, durability, and resistance. The core preserves shape and flexibility, while the coating protects from wear. Jump without the annoyance of knots, indoors or out. The colors add fun to your exercise routine.
Versatile Usage in Multiple Scenarios:This jump rope suits various fitness pursuits. Ideal for cardio health improvement, endurance building, and performance enhancement. It’s great for workouts, fitness routines, and professional training. Whether you’re a boxer, workout lover, or fitness newbie, it adapts. Use it anywhere, making it a convenient fitness essential.

Works. Better options for the same price.
I’m impressed with the quality of the jump rope. The reason I gave it minus one star was for the extremely poor directions. Also, similar ropes come with a small zippered case. It sure that is worth minus another star.It is pretty easy to assemble the rope. What is not clear is that the two provided wire ropes are a vastly different sizes. It also says that you can cut the wire/rope easily, and that is not true. That’s not a negative, mind you, it is a plus. The wire is very durable. I hope the coating wears well. It’s difficult to tell whether that will be true of the long run. When using the jump rope, I find it very easy to keep the rhythm. The weight is just about right. If you haven’t tried jumping rope, you really need to. It is an awesome workout that you can do almost anywhere. It is easy to travel with a jump rope because it is small and easy to pack.If you have a decent mechanical mind, you won’t have any problem with directions. If you struggle a little bit with mechanics, you might need somebody more mechanically inclined to help you. One hint: when you insert the end of the rope into the handle, it should go all the way to the bottom. That isn’t entirely clear in the directions, and if it is anywhere shorter than that, it will come out rather quickly while you’re using it. It doesn’t always feel like it CAN go to the bottom of the handle but with some twisting and pressure it will. You can switch wires for 2 users but it’s a pain and it’s probably easier to get 2 ropes for this price.

Great at home cardio
Great for at home cardio. Works well for me and my husband and I’m 5’3 and he’s a few inches taller. These are long enough for both of us and durable for everyday drills

Nice speed rope
I’ve been jumping rope to lose the dad bod. This is a great rope for speed and basic jumping tricks (although I’m not great at the tricks yet). You can adjust it and cut the internal wire with a pliers.

It’s a yes
Fully adjustable by depressing the cable locking mechanism on the handles and sliding the cable to the desired length. Adjustment table according to height is provided, but might run out of cable for those around 6’2″ – 6’4″or so and taller.. I’m 5’9″ and that called for a cable length of 114.2″ which is ~9.5 ft. I set it to 115 and felt like I could shorten it a bit.I used to be very nimble with a jump rope, able to go longer periods while including double passes with criss crosses without a hiccup. Nothing really fancy, but required endurance and good timing. There’s a long road to go for me to get back 1/8 of that. This appears to be an excellent conditioning tool with cables flexible enough to really step up the game. Included was a piece to slide over the cable to prevent wear. The cable is also heavy enough and thin enough to use outside in a pretty good breeze. At $13 for the set, go for it if you are interested in this exercise.

Better Options Available
Build quality on this rope is not quite there. The cables are about 1/2 the diameter of a standard jump rope (perhaps 1/4 to 1/3 the volume) and is a bit stiff. The weight of the rope is so light that it twists on itself. Overall, the product feels a bit underdeveloped and not as satisfying as a rope purchased from a name brand / big box store.Pros are that it comes with a spare cable and can be customized to any length, though you may need tools to cut the cable. The bearings are also smooth.
