I am very happy with this product! I waited a couple of months to write this review. It really worked for me.I am purchasing a set of two more bottles. I have lost 12 lbs ( I need 7 more to hit my goal) in addition, it helped me fall asleep right away.Please keep in mind that I exercise every day and try to eat as healthy as I possibly can, but I confirm it works.My metabolism is very slow. I am in my mid-50s and going through hormone changes. This doesn’t help you sleep.
I got my product 2 days ago. I’ve taken it 2 nights in a row and no sleep. I was led to believe that this also helps with sleeping, so why is it that all I feel is a sense of wakefulness after taking it? If you’re buying this to aide with sleep, don’t buy it. It may be better taken in the a.m. and perhaps by night you can fall asleep. Maybe I should try that.

I tried this and it’s OK, but I was taking it with something else .I don’t know how well it would work by itself. It came promptly on time and well packaged but again I don’t know how well it will work by itself. in one thing, it did not leave my stomach upset at all, but I didn’t take it on an empty stomach.

I’ve been taking this for a couple of months now and I would say it does make you lose your appetite not make you lose your appetite. We’re it is disgusting but more like you’re just not hungry. You’re not worried about food and you think about it less it is easier for you to eat less and don’t persuade yourself into eating more when you.

Not as shown as in pictures/ by the way No returns or refund even if unopened.Looks different. So I thought I was sent the wrong item. But I wasted money on a product that is misleading description. So i decided to try it. Thought it would help me sleep. It didn’t help all In fact kept me awake. It might help some people. But not me
