I got this set of adjustable dumbbells for my wife to use in her physical therapy routine. She wasn’t enthusiastic about the idea of getting them, but very soon after they arrived and I checked them out, she was very happy, indeed. It actually surprised me that she likes them so much, but they are very easy to add weight to (and take weights off also). She really likes the way the little handgrips are so comfortable for her and just the right size for her small hands.They pack away nicely in the box they came in, and you can have them out of the way quickly. I’d recommend them to all women, and people of all ages who are on the ‘comeback trail’ after surgery or who need to include lifting small amounts of weights into a physical therapy regimen.

These adjustable weight hand bells are well built. The Weights are easy and quick to twist on and off. The main Bar is 2lbs. Each .5 disc snaps securely into place. The grip is comfortable. Great value for the money. Easy to travel with. These are my unicorn adjustable hand weights.

I have had this set probably 5 days. 3 of those days I have used the set for my home exercise routine. It is easy to add or remove weights to get the best resistance. Instead of 4 handbell sets, I have just one set of handles, and weights to add to increase weight up to 5 pounds. I am happy with the set. I recommend it to others.
