Good basic jump rope
It is adjustable on one end only. The end is obvious if you look at both ends. You have pry the top off the end. Not that easy. Then shove the rope out. Look at the pictures on the Amazon site to figure out the rest of it. After figuring out how long I needed it, I cut it a little long in case I needed more. It works great. I am 72 and haven’t jumped rope in decades. It is much harder than I remember, but I am doing it. I just got it so I don’t know how long it will last. Probably a long time for me as I can’t jump more than a minute at a time. The jump rope is great, the jump roper is pathetic.

Excellent rope. Grip is comfortable and movement smooth. Length can be conveniently adjusted and the weight is perfect, not too light or too heavy. Am not sure of the durability as I haven’t used it for too long.

I’ve been jumping rope since 2012. I skip 7 days a week. Usually 3,000 skips a day but sometimes 4,000 or even 5,000. I use my Amazon rope and a lighter Decathlon rope on alternate days. The Amazon rope has lasted me 4 months already (so 2 months of actual use). It’s still in good shape. The foam on the handles is intact. The handle bearings are fine. There’s no rust. So the build quality is excellent. I also like this rope because it is slightly heavier than the Decathlon rope. Like a heavy flywheel it allows me to skip steadily on all kinds of surfaces (good momentum). Because of the extra weight it also works out the arms and shoulders better. Highly recommended.
