I like the resistance I get with these bands. It comes in a small bag with 3 resistance options great for getting a good workout without needing any other equipment. The only con is I find the velcro part that straps doesn’t stay as snug as I’d like so I constantly have to tighten the straps after each set. It’s an affordable option for taking on the go. I’ll be keeping them.

Great item for the price, my glutes have baby muscles and are very weak, these helped build a foundation for me to ween into heavy lifts. I do Kickbacks, side kicks, and walking with these bands. The glute activation is real!
