I’ve watched numerous videos online featuring physical therapists Bob and Brad over the years, so when I suffered a fractured tibial plateau, I knew I’d be using their recommendations for rehab when the time came. It was during a PT session at my therapists office that I overheard another client talking about a massage gun he was getting ready to order for his knee injury. He said he’d done extensive research and found one for a good price. I asked him which one he was going to get, and when he said Bob and Brad was the brand, I KNEW it was for me too! I ordered it that day and it has been a life saver for me. Being a 75-yo woman, the ‘gun’ seemed too heavy for me to manage initially, but once I got used to the weight in my hand, it’s been no problem. I use it every day, sometimes twice a day to ease tight tendons and muschle aches. It has options for every ache and pain you can imagine. It charges quickly and holds the charge for a significant period of time. It comes in a great little case to keep all the accessories in one place. Easy to use and easy to carry with me, I love this massage gun. Bob and Brad – they’re the most famous physical therapists on the internet and this is only one reason why!UPDATE: Unfortunately for me, the massage gun stopped charging. FORTUNATELY for me, BOB AND BRAD PRODUCTS stand behind their guarantee and within a few days after contacting them, I had a new massage gun in hand. FANTASTIC Massage Gun!!
FANTASTIC Massage Gun!! If you are in the market for a quality massage gun, then look no further because this one by Bob & Brad is AWESOME!!! My husband and I had a different one for about 5 years and it did the job, but it was very noisy and heavy. It had given out and stopped working so we searched Amazon and found this one by Bob & Brad. We really liked how it had so many attachments and that it came with cooling and heating attachments too. When we received it, we were surprised at how compact it is and lighter weight than our old one. I was questioning if it would have the same kind of power, but it sure does and then some!! AND it is so much quieter than our old one where we could actually hear the TV while we used it, unlike our old one. After about a month of use, for some reason it stopped charging. So I reached out to the customer service and I got a live person right away who was very friendly and professional and apologized for the issue we were having and stated it was not typical. But all they asked was for me to send some details about our unit and a quick video showing it woudn’t charge. Once they received the email, they responded right away and quickly sent us a new massager. Every time I corresponded with the customer service representative over email, they were very responsive, helpful and extremely friendly!! Very pleasantly surprised at my interaction with them and wish that all companies operated that way! We received our new massager within a couple of days and have been using it daily since and are extremely pleased with it!!! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this massager for not only how well it works, but also for the great company and service they provide!!!

Powerful yet compact
This massage gun is really good. Much better than the last one we had from another brand. And the heat option is great to have, too. It’s lightweight, easy to hold, and very effective.

Looks exactly as pictured and is very powerful. Can easily change massage and high quality for the price. You can easily use it on yourself or a partner effectively. Vibration wasn’t too much and you can change the levels easily. I can see this being very durable. Will update in the future if anything changes but for now, 10/10. Case is handy as well to keep things neat and organized.

Great massager, poor battery life.
I’ve had the massager about a month now. The massager itself works well and has a good amount of power for how small it is. The battery life is pretty short, it usually lasts for 3 separate cycles on the lowest setting (1 out of 5). Also the battery light indicator does not work properly it can have 3 out of 4 lights lit up and not make it through a cycle.

Excellent product, excellent customer service — Update
This massage gun has been a godsend. My wife and I both have tight muscles up and down our legs, and using this gun several times a day for several minutes has been transforming. Without needing any pressure to speak of the gun does excellent deep tissue massage. The effects are immediate.Just a little over a month after we bought the C2 it stopped working. A call to their customer support was answered immediately, and we were told the motor had seized and a new unit would be mailed to us. We then got an email saying that, as a show of good will we would receive the C2 Max. We expected just a new massage gun, but what we got was a complete setup with all its attachments. And they made clear the warranty would be extended a year for the new unit. We’re completely satisfied with this purchase, despite the hiccup in lifetime we experienced.We are so happy with the C2 Max that we recently bought the Q2 Mini. It’s a much better size for taking along on travel. It has some different attachments than the C2 Max — and they cannot be shared between the two guns — but so far we think the Q2 Mini is fantastic. It performs just as well as the C2 Max.

The massager is bigger and stronger than the ones I had in the past. High-quality materials are used, giving it a premium feel. It’s very powerful yet easy to use. It comes with a wide range of attachments and unique features like a pressure indicator and hot and cold attachments. The ergonomic design ensures comfort during use. One very minor negative, USB C charging port doesn’t work with my laptop charger, but it works perfectly with the included cable. It’s great value for money, especially with the £20 discount. Overall, it significantly enhances my post workout and recovery routines. Highly recommended.

Great massage gun, sturdy and just the right size to handle comfortably. Also, great customer service from the company. I had originally purchased the massage gun February and unfortunately, just recently it stopped working.
