Love these cards. Prior to ordering these, I’ve stepped up to the workout equipment and just winged it…this exercise…that exercise….whatever I’m thinking in the moment. These card sets make it nice and mindless….just grab a set of cards for the muscles you want to work, turn to each card, do the reps, turn to the next. On different days, rotate through different sets of cards to let other muscles rest while working others.Additionally, it is worth noting that there are only a few cards (three?) that are in more than one set. Because of this, I purchased some decent Metal Spring O Ring Keychain Clips, punched holes in the cards and used the included pre-defined muscle exercise groupings to make card groups. Now, when I want to work Shoulders & Triceps, I just grab that ringed set of cards, flip through them, and belt out the exercises.A+

Stability ball set
I love these cards and ordered many different packs. In the stability ball set pictures 7, 8, 16 and 19 do not show the ball. That’s minus one star.

Great Resource
I got a different set of these that I found incredibly helpful. I’ve used them to sort out concepts for myself that I want to work on. Having this “notecard” approach is so helpful! I have a magnet board so that instead of putting up a poster of various moves, I use this to feature the movements I’m currently working on. While these aren’t exhaustive regarding what they include, they are pretty thorough.

Very pleased… a lot of information
These are strudy and well put together. Each card has an illustration on one side and instructions on the other. It also provides a difficulty scale and a diagram showing what muscles are being woked. There are cards for pre-arranged workouts and create your own workouts. There’s also a calendar card and one card for stretching. I find these cards very useful.
