Smooth energy
I’ve tried many pre workout powders some I like and some I don’t, I was attracted to this one because it doesn’t have insane amounts of caffeine and at my age I don’t need that. A plus I’ve never seen before is the scooper is actually in the plastic bag that the container is shipped in so no digging and no mess this is a nice touch. I love that this has creatine not a lot but it’s better than nothing and I always look for products with Beta Alanine for that tingly itchy feeling I’ve grown accustomed to. The flavor didn’t really blow me away it’s ok I’ve had much better and the caffeine didn’t make me jittery but it also didn’t help me much pushing thru a hard workout. I would definitely recommend this for the student studying long hours or driving late at night to stay awake this gives you a nice smooth dose of caffeine but for the person that’s needing an extra punch for some physical activity I would pass.“peace “

I love this I’ve never used a pre workout before so I have nothing to compare to, about 15-20 min after taking it starts to give that tingling feeling it feels weird at first I felt itchy but it helped me stay moving and I did see a difference in sweat during my work out

Container is at least 2x too big
It taste great, mixes very well, and has effects that are expected, if not slightly better than other pre-workouts.The issue is the container is half full. The picture is after 1 scoop was taken out. Unless there is some reason pre-workout needs a the container with 50% air, I don’t know about, this seems like it’s being deceptive. I would never buy it again because I don’t like business practices like this.

Well balanced, and tasty!
I like this workout powder quite a bit! Normally these things are very hit or miss, but in my opinion this one’s a hit. The caffeinated ones are the ones I like most since you really don’t feel the energy in the other ones in my opinion. I think the caffeine amount here is a good amount versus some of its competitors. Flavor wise this wasn’t bad either! Very good value for the money too.
