Sour and sweet for a quick energy
Oh this is delicious and you can feel it working in just a few minutes. I was ready to workout with more energy than premixed drinks and less than 20minutes after consuming. There was Jo crash feeling. The flavor is so good with a slight sour. Dissolved nicely and easy to consume. Good price for the amount received!

A pretty great pre-workout overall
I am someone who relies heavily upon various supplements to assist with my fitness goals.One thing that is an absolute must for me is a good pre-workout powder.Without taking one it’s really hard to get through my workouts with any type of quality.I have tried dozens and dozens of brands over the years, but I continue to search for better ones.When I came across this one, it was obviously a reputable company that most people have heard of and I liked the claims that it made so I went ahead and placed an order for it.Once it arrived, I started using it the following morning.Overall, I feel that it is quite good.The taste, however, is not so great.A very chemical taste that I don’t really like.It mixes pretty good in my water, but it did leave a bit of residue on the bottom of the glass.It did work pretty well though.After about 20 minutes, it kicked in and it seemed to sustain energy for about 1.5 hours or so.There was no crash afterwards, which I really liked as well.As far as the price point, I think it is a little bit on the higher end for what you actually receive.I have paid less for pre-workout powders of equal quality so I’m taking a star off due to that reason.But overall, you can never go wrong with this brand and they do put out quality items are also on the higher end, which is nice.So if you have the little bit of extra money to put towards your pre-workout, I recommend giving this a try.It may do the trick for you.I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.
