The mini size is easy for me to swallow because I have throat problems.
I had to replenish my daily vitamin supply but the vitamin I had been taking for a few years was no longer available. I have throat problems so I need a ‘mini’ pill which can be difficult to find. These vitamins are the same size as my former pills, have pretty much the same contents, are easy for me to swallow and work great!

If you’re 50 or over, you should definitely take this Centrum Silver every day. Even if you’re early at mid 40s, why not? They’re great because they’re smaller than the regular centrum and it’s the same amount of nutrition. All you need is two a day. The price is usually pretty good for the vitamins too, I’ve purchased about three refills of this product. And I will continue to.

I purchased this 325 tablets Centrum minus Adults 50+. It was delivered on 22 Dec 2023 but it carries an expiry date of 4/24 .Which means I only have 120 days (assuming generously that expiry is at the end of Apr). Which means nearly 2/3 of the pills have to be thrown away.
