Okay so I didn’t want to spend this much money on just a food planner but this is definitely worth it I look through so many food meal planners in almost all of them only wanted you to put how many calories you ate or not even that. this one has a place to put your weight your body fat percentage how much water you’ve drank how you feel that day your meal plan for each meal for each day and also to add up your protein your carbs your fat and your calories and the stickers that it comes with are pretty cute I got some extra ones to go with it because it’s very therapeutic to deck it up with stickers LOL. I might actually buy a couple extra so I have these long term this is how every fitness journal should be made! I just going to believe how difficult it was to find a meal planner that included your macros macros are super important when you’re trying to lose weight or gain muscle you need to keep track of those. even though weight loss all comes down to calories where your calories come from or also important to prevent health problems in the future to lower current health problems and to maintain the muscle that you have and without muscle even for women your body will lose body fat but it will also lose muscle and you will just look flabby in the long run. I’m so glad somebody actually knew what they were doing when they made this!

Perfect for Keto!
High quality for the price! It is perfect for keto OR any other eating plan. Would also work for a medical food log. It is a 6 month daily food journal. The paper quality at 120gsm is amazing. It is smooth without being slick (hate slick paper). No BLEED-through. It is a well made journal and includes a how-to-use guide, 3 ribbon bookmarks and 3 sheets of stickers just for fun! Has a check box to rate activity 1-10 but no other place to add in exercise. It is truly a food journal. Also includes about 16 sheets (approx 32 pages) of dot gridpaper in the back to add anything you want. Truly well thought out in it’s construction and well worth the money.

I usually use an app to track my food, but I feel like I’d be more committed if I had to write things down. Gives you a chance to add some flair to food journaling. I haven’t started using it yet, waiting for the end of the month, but I’m excited!The only thing I wish was different, was if instead of tracking your weekly measurements in the back, they had monthly reviews. This way you could break your big 6 month goal and reward down into 6 smaller goals and rewards.

Love This Daily Food Journal
This is so nice. The cover feels like a soft leather. Looks like it is embossed. Comes in many color choices. Has 3 pages of stickers. Very helpful to keep yourself accountable by writing down what you eat for meals & snacks, record your daily weight, your daily mood, activities, sleep & energy level. It also has many bullet journal pages toward the back. Also it comes with 3 coordinating colored ribbons to use for bookmarking pages, a back pocket to hold things and an elastic band to keep the journal shut. When I get done with this one, I want to buy another one. I think I will choose another color, they are all so pretty. I totally recommend this for anyone.

Great for food tracking, and macros
I got this journal because I am a Nutrition student working at a wellness center. My boss has been curious about my eating habits as well so she wanted me to start tracking what I ate. This helped me realize I was kind of starving myself with my busy work and course load, eating usually under 1000 calories a day. This has helped me adjust my eating habits, and track new recipes I work on too! Great for seeing how foods can impact my moods too.I hope this becomes available again! We wanted to start ordering these for our clients who are in weight loss programs, and I plan on ordering again when I run out of room!!!

This is the best! You can’t tell by looking at it that it’s a food journal. It looks like a lovely book. It’s so beautifully made, sturdy. It has a spot to put everything! It’s the best one I have found yet, and the price can’t be beat! If you’re in the market for one, I recommend this one!! You won’t be sorry!

Great if you track calories
It was an impulse buy for me. I’m a journal fanatic. I’m giving it 5 stars because I knew what I bought when I bought it, but I don’t track calories or what I eat. 😂 So I’ve been using it as a motivation journal instead. Plus I love the stickers and the measurements guide. If you don’t track calories don’t impulse buy this or you’ll end up like me. Overall great product though I’m just not a calories and snack tracker.

Time will tell whether it is helping to keep me on track BUT can I just say she is beautiful!!! The colour is really vibrant and the little pictures of foodie things on the cover is charming!There is plenty of space for tracking foods items, weight, measurements etc. It also comes with some fancy stickers which is a bonus.Price wise it is fairly expensive but I think the quality matches the price.

I bought this book for my recently diagnosed T1 diabetic son, it’s brilliant for all the carb counting we need to do and I just write BG over the fiber column and ins over prot. All meals carbs and insulin information in one place! Came on to order another one and it’s nearly doubled in price since the middle of June. Don’t care how good it is I’m not paying £30 for food diary. Really disappointed as it was perfect.
