Does the water bottle has odor? How do I remove the odor/taste before first use?
The new bottle has a slight initial odor, but it typically disappears after thorough cleaning. We recommend boiling the bottle for 5 minutes or soaking with lemon water. The bottle is made of BPA-free and non-toxic platinum silicone.
Will it leak if I tip it sideways or squeeze it accidentally?

Good purchase
I purchased this collapsible water bottle to take on an upcoming trip. I wanted a bottle that I could park in a carryon or backpack.I am happy with this water bottle. It rolls up to be compact and can hold up to 600 ml (20 oz). The top unscrews to fill it and it has a built-in straw. To open the straw top, flip the lock part down and push the button to start drinking. The lid section snaps shut and the locking mechanism will keep it from opening and spilling.I tested everything for 3 full days and no issues. All parts work well and no leaks or spills. I did hand wash it before using and did not notice any unusual smell or taste. I preferred the darker color but all are nice.The bottle fits nicely in the water bottle side pocket of my backpack 👍. Naturally, when the bottle is full and the lid is closed, it does have a more solid feel that when the sipping lid is up. That’s when it is squishier. I just hold the bottle closer the the hard lid area and drinking from it is better this way. There is an attached strap you can used when unrolled and it double to keep the bottle rolled up.I have not tried it with ice yet since I don’t plan on using it with ice on our trip. I still may tested this out .

Rolls up convenient until use
The bottle is nice and compact when rolled up. It pops out into shape and holds up especially when full of liquid. Perfect for packing along in a daypack or drive in the car.

Great for travel
These water bottles are great for travel and roll up easily. The only drawback is the water still has a slight silicone taste even after a few weeks of use. But I love that it is quiet, soft, and easy to use.

A worthy purchase!
Happy with my purchase- bought these for travel and they worked out great. They fold down pretty small and don’t leak. I followed the directions when first purchased for boiling them to rid any initial odor, but never detected any in the first place.

Light Weight
This was perfect for our trip. It is light weight and did not leak. It also does not take up much room while not in use. First attempt my husband tried to drink from it instead of sucking through the straw. He got a bit of a soaking.😁 Works perfect when you use the straw. I did soak it in boiling water a couple of times before use. No plastic taste in the water.

Love this water bottle. The straw is removable so I’m glad I did order the one with the straw. It’s lightweight for going on walks. You could fold it fantastic! The bottle is pretty soft though so when you grab it, it might be a little bit more mushy. It’s not as hard because it folds.

I’m not a big fan of straws, but figured you could use without, but you can’t. Oddly it’s not sealed around the mouth so if you tip it up, you’ll get a lot of water on you! Also as many have noted it’s not leak proof, sealing that gap probably would help with that a bit! Otherwise, I like that it’s lightweight, collapsible and looks nice. The clip to roll it up seems better quality than another I tried.
