These East Mount Adjustable Dumbells Set are so much fun to use. I especially love the pink girlish color, but the adjustable nature is so nice to have. The weights are so easy to put on and remove when you need to change the weight amounts. They actually make the workout more enjoyable. I’m so glad to have these added to my exercise equipment. It’s a really nice set. Highly recommended.

I bought these a few weeks ago because I didn’t have any small weights and this was the perfect all in one hand weights, that you can add or subtract weight as needed. They are easy to switch around for more or less weight. I was looking for the black or blue but this colour is fine with me as well. I like the ease of adding or taking off the weight disks and they don’t move once on. A good buy.
