Only one weird thing
This is the first time I ordered this online, normally I go to vitamin shoppe but they only have 3 flavors there and I wanted the sour apple. So full review by me.Came in in great time and sealed all the way.This is the best pre-workout in my opinion with no itching.The pumps are nuts and focus is tremendous.I love this flavor but it is a sour flavor. Their raspberry twizzle flavor is lighter and still good. Their blue slushi flavor is not strong enough flavor for me.I take 1 scoop on the norm and 2 scoops for heavy training.Weird thing was the scoop was larger than the others I had (older on left store bought, amazon purchase on right). All servings are the same so the scoop should be about 10g. So I weighed the old and new scoop full (zeroed for each empty scoop) and the larger was 15g. Not sure why. If you care about that, verify the scoop. Other than that it all checks out good.Sorry for the length. Love the product, worth the buy if you want nootropics and legit insane pumps.

Love this brand and product
I love this brand and this particular product. The taste is a little hard to get used to, but manageable. But I will tell you, that after two times of using this, I can feel the difference. I always had a hard time with morning workouts. Morning workouts are kind of hard to get going and push hard compared to evening workouts. After two morning workouts, I was ready to go and I was pushing more and harder than my evening workouts.The most important thing I like about this compared to similar products, my heart isn’t racing and I don’t feel jittery after taking it.My old pre-workout went straight in the trash after I liked the results of this product after four uses. The results heavily outweigh the taste and I will continue to buy this.

Not Great, but Good!
I’m 32, experienced user, former collegiate athlete and power lifter. I love to try new supplements and EHP labs does a good job making their consumers feel comfortable by providing all ingredient information. I am intrigued by this company and will be trying more of their products. For those new to training or pre workouts, remember everyone is different. Always take these pre-workouts with little in your stomach to truly feel the ingredients. If it’s ever too strong, drink after a meal prior to your workout.Pre-Workout Review:Great ingredients: I love the absence of Beta Alanine. I prefer no shock waves/tingles with every rep. Personally, I think it’s under dosed. It could use another 100mg of caffeine anhydrous per scoop minimum.Flavor: I was sent the wrong flavor. I order Blackberry. But I don’t really care that much. The Pina Colada is my least favorite flavor, but it is still pretty good! I’m not a picky person on flavor. But I assume they are all great.Quality: I received everything without damage, on time. No clumps or broken seals. My only complaint is receiving the wrong flavor. I realize it would be a deal breaker for most.Experience: Moderate but long lasting energy, light in your stomach, decent blood flow and pumps, mixable, no tingles, good flavor, no bad after taste, no weird ingredients and dyes.Opinions: Growing up taking the old classics (NO Xplode, Nano Vapor, Hemi Rage, Jack 3D, etc.) nothing compares anymore. However, The number 1 Pre-Workout (avoiding high Beta-Alanine) is Animal Fury. The focus and Energy is perfect. Good dose of aminos. But PRIDE is great for those that do not want an overload of ingredients. I am happy with this product and willing to order another bottle.Sorry for the lengthy review for those who like conciseness.

Definitely not the king of pre workouts by any means….
If you want a solid thermogenic with solid energy – go for the Redcon Total War instead. I’ll break a sweat 10 mins into my workout routine with that while I can finish the entire 60 minute workout with this one with barely breaking a sweat.The energy level on this is also much lower. Yes you get ‘sustained energy’ so 5 hours later, I feel random moments of being hyped up but I’m not really taking a pre workout as a mood enhancer but for sheer output during my workouts. So all in all – if that’s what you’re looking for as well, this isn’t it

I like this pre work out because it didn’t give me any bad side effects after using. It gave me just enough energy to get my work out in without the crash or the jitters. I got the strawberry flavor and it tastes amazing. Great quality and a good price for the amount of servings you are getting.
