Essential for coordination!
Surprisingly solid for such a simple tool. The beaded design adds just the right amount of weight and control, making timing and rhythm way easier—especially for beginners or freestyle work. Smooth swings, satisfying clicks on the ground, and super durable. Great for cardio, coordination, and looking cool while doing it.

Good addition to a cardio routine.
I saw someone at the gym using one of these and while it brings back childhood memories, it is a good way to get in some cardio also. Rope is easy to adjust based on your height too. Scanning the bar code on the enclosed card, gives you access to several YouTube videos on how to go beyond just jumping. Hoping that adding this to my regular cardio classes will help increase bone density going forward. Seems very durable and lightweight.

Just like I remember
I bought this rope so it would hold up on concrete. I have a speed rope but concrete is tearing it up. This one holds up well and was pretty inexpensive.

My Favorite workout now!!
These are great for working out and the perfect weight. My kids and I are learning new tricks with them. While they have used theirs outside, I would not recommend it. I only use mine indoors so that it doesn’t wear out so easily. And, it is great a great cardio workout for toning yourself!! Just throw on some music and start jumping!!

Lived this from the moment I got it. The rope is long and there’s lots of extra beads so if you’re 6ft plus you’ll be fine and for shorter people you’ll easily take a third of the beads off. Youtube instructions easy to follow.As for skipping it’s excellent for a beginner and doesn’t hurt your ankles if you miss a skip. Handles are light and the rope itself is light so when you get to advanced levels you’ll need to get a slightly heavier rope.Will wait to see how it does with hours of use.
