These bands are extremely versatile. I like having the two options of the shorter thicker bands and the longer thinner bands. The bands stay put and the resistance works well for upper and lower body exercises.

Love this exercise bands. I replaced the elastic rubber bands in my home gym with these bands as the rubber ones kept breaking. These are extremely durable and have held up much longer than the rubber band option. They are a nice cloth material and still have the stretch that is needed, and they don’t roll like the elastic ones do when exercising. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.
