The material is thick, I like that it has the options you want, to do more strength or something lighter, they are not that long but they are long enough to do arm and abs exercises.

Update: returning. I can’t keep them from rolling up and pinching my skin.I like them but they tend to slip. I like that they range from extra light to Heavy, for beginners like me. I have a hard time with them rolling up in certain positions. Maybe a better brand would stay put. It comes with a nice big for storage, which is convenient for keeping them together. I haven’t had any issues with them tearing, so the quality seems good. Price was great for 5 bands. I’ve used them for multiple work outs and they’re holding up well, keeping their stretch without loosing up. Overall pleased with this purchase.

Just what I was looking for. I needed bands that didn’t slip. These work great. They don’t slip or cut into your legs. Comfortable to use. Adjustable size for multiple uses and resistance for multiple uses.

Works but beware may cause a dent in fat
These work however be careful using around your thighs as I’ve used them a couple weeks now and It’s caused my muscle/skin/fat whatever-probably fat- to separate so now I have a dent in my leg that is not looking like it’s going back to normal. I will stop using it and see if it eventually goes back to normal. I guess I just won’t be using it in any high fat areas lol.

Order arrived in full and on time with parcel posted through letterbox as will fit in the Amazon packaging it comes in.Product came well packaged and completely undamaged.All components were included, nothing missing.Each band was individually packaged inside box, and those individual packages inside drawstring bag.Drawstring bag will be good for taking multiple bands to the gym without misplacing them.Have not yet put to full use but opened the ‘Extra Heavy’ band and seemed strong.Easy to use and appears to be durable – indications that other people have had their’s “snap” seems unlikelyFit for purpose, would recommend this product.Helpful links to video also available – great bonus.Best value for money that I was able to find on Amazon UK

The Link resistance bands arrived on time and I was pleased with their quality and the support received from Limm. The Pro bands would have been more suitable as the current ones are good for Therapy and Rehab.

The bands have a nice resistance in the stretch, each one has a noticeable difference in the amount of resistance. Even the lightest band still offers a good beginner workout to build strength. I’m very happy with the purchase and the carrying bag that came with them. A pamphlet comes with the bands to help get started with exercises, also included is a link to a website that has even more great information. Overall it is a great package.
