Great fitness pad
This was a really good value.The pad is really large and folds up nicely so that it fits into a small area. It’s easy to open up and fold back. The thickness is perfect.I would highly recommend.

Comfortable padded exercise mat. A little difficult to store.
Nice padded exercise mat. Plenty long for an adult. Nice pink color. Not slippery on the floor or slippery for your feet. My only complaint is that the nice storage tote it comes with is a very tight fit, so you have to kind of fight it to get it back into its bag.FYI, the mat gets folded up and is too thick to roll, so there are permanent fold lines. If you want a perfectly flat/smooth mat, this is not it. That doesn’t matter to me, but some people do care about that.

Big Enough to Stretch Out On
I’m far from a Yogi. I need to get better at stretching, and so I got this hoping it would help. My own motivation is beside the point, so let’s talk about the product. Firstly, it’s huge. I wouldn’t say it’s outside the scope of a typical yoga mat, but I’m more accustomed to seeing the roll up ones that have a fairly small footprint whereas my first thought upon unfolding this was ” wow this is big”. While it didn’t impact my use of the product, I would just consider the amount of room you have, and ease of carry.The thickness is nice. Its about a quarter inch or so, which protected my bony knees from my hardwood floor. Any thicker and I could see it impacting the stability of yoga poses. I mentioned the roll-up yoga mats, and this one is a bit different. It folds up more origami style, but a cloth bag is included to carry it with. I’ve only just begun to use it, so its durability hasn’t come into question, but I predict it will hold up if I treat it well. The grip is also fine, and I wouldn’t anticipate any slipping. I ordered the two tone green/black color which I really like from a visual perspective, and I’d also consider it to be two sided in use.While the advertised use is Yoga, it’s size and thickness help it stand out with potential for more. It’s an all-around solid mat, and big enough for most folks so whether you’re stretching, working out, or even changing a tire, you’re well-grounded with this mat.

Decent Mat for Comfort, Not Ideal if You Need a Flat Surface
I hoped the Iodoo Foldable Yoga Mat would be much easier to take out and put away, making it easy to access a quick daily stretch at home. The way the folds are laid out is almost the same as rolling out a regular yoga mat. I have since folded it into thirds and put it in my closet, which solves that issue. I like the material and the thick padding; it feels good. However, the main problem with this mat is that it doesn’t lie flat. Otherwise, it’s a good value.It works okay for me, but if you need a flat yoga mat, please keep looking.

Pretty firm, but a very nice and extra large mat
I love the larger size, keeps more of you off the floor during diverse exercises! The material is a little firmer than a standard yoga mat, and a shade less comfortable, but it’s not noticeable for most exercises. The mat has good grippiness for your feet, with or without socks or shoes. I also like the color of the mat, there was no toxic odor when i opened it, and it comes with a great canvas bag with an inner pocket to tote it to the gym and back. It’s a little bit of effort to get the folded mat into the bag, but honestly not worse than rolling up and securing a traditional yoga mat. And this one is easier to carry in its bag. I’m really happy with it!
