I have used this book daily now during my weight loss journey. It really really helps me to track and see how many calories I’ve consumed each day as well as the nutrition I’m taking in.Hospital RN’s like me, always have snacks and junk food around and too available! The stress of the job and crazy schedule each day makes it tough at times to sit and have a relaxing meal. So, like most nurses, I munch on the junk.So, the weight (fat) piles on and the fatigue only worsens.You really don’t realize how many calories you can consume by munching and eating junk food till you log it down and add it up. Then it dawns on you, that you need to make better choices!Well, this book is how I track my intake and be honest with what I am eating. Writing it down and seeing it on the page mentally works for me ( I’m down 50 lbs in three months). Some younger folks have suggested that there are phone apps where you can track your intake ( another reason to be staring at your phone, geez ). That’s fine, but I find it’s not the same as writing it down and seeing it all at once on the page. It keeps you honest.This book has held up to the daily abuse in my backpack. It is very well laid out and has many planning tools built in.I highly recommend this book. It has helped me and continues to help me on my weight loss. I hope it helps you, good luck!Cheers

Easy to use, A LOT of pages
I love this item, it’s exactly as pictured. I’ve been tracking my meals and it comes with everything you need to track, like space for dates, food, calories, fat, protein, carbs. Also comes with pages for goal tracking, places to put pics/track progress, place to calculate bmi and other things, as well as few pages of common foods so you can do a quick look up. Bonus bookmark btw, I love it!

This is a great planner
I really like this planner, of the ones I looked at, it has the most room to write down meals, plus it tracks water intake, exercise, and others. I don’t use all the categories, but I’m very happy with it. I’ve been using it for about 4 months and unlike others I have tried, I’ve stuck with this one because I like it so much.

This works perfect for my needs. Plenty of space to write down food and nutritional information. I like how you can track your hours of sleep and daily weight. I’ve been using an app to track all my meals but I was finding that I was using it less and less. Plus this makes it easier to flip back and forth so you can look back and see trends or meals. Plus in the front it has an area for you to write frequent meals, goals, habit tracker and an 18 week tracker.The journal fits perfectly into my lunch bag or purse so I can take it with me.

I like this particular planner because it is easy to use and not overly complicated. I don’t a lot of time to devote to this type of activity, so less is more with me.
