Love the idea and provides constant and consistent reinforcement of portion control. So easy to “innocently” fill a plate, but the dividers remind you of the recommended/appropriate sized portion(s). I recommend and would buy again!!

This works great even with my vegetarian diet but would work with any diet. The protein part can be beans/etc. Great for work. I’ve lost 20 pounds in 2 months using this and moderate exercise. Easy to wash. I did have to purchase a casserole carrier so it would be easy to take to work (the size of the dish does not fit in regular sized lunch boxes). But it’s been great for me. I can get all of my lunches ready for the week on Sunday. I bought 2 packs in order to do this. And the extra dishes I use for crazy days when I don’t have time to cook in the evening. Love the product! Great concept! Oh, and they stack nicely in the refrigerator.

To be up front I was not exactly sure what I had ordered. So when they came i was excited to see them and try them out. I like the size of the plate and the fact the sections are giving you the right amount of food for a meal. They are very dishwasher safe and microwave great. The lids don’t always stay on well and can cause a mess in my lunch bag or in my fridge. I am assuming that the green color is there for a reason, I just wish i could have gotten more of a variety. I do like and will continue to use the product.

Excellent product at the right price
Like these plates very much. They are well made and have covers, which makes transporting lunch much easier. The designated spaces will keep anyone who is using them on track for portion control. Because they came in a set of four plates, they can be used for more than one person at a time. Also, the price was right. I’ve seen portion plates at other retailers for much higher prices. Since they all work the same way, it makes sense to get the best product for the best price.

NOT FOR TRAVEL
These plates are great for portion control, and are also a good reminder to bulk up on those veggies! I bought these for my daughter, for packing her lunch to take to work. Unfortunately, the lids don’t stay on… They snap into place easily enough, but with any kind of jostling, the lids pop right off again. It’s very frustrating! I have not put them in the dishwasher at all, so it’s not warping, and I have tried all the different combinations of lid and plate, thinking maybe it was just one lid and one plate that didn’t fit right. But all to no avail; they just don’t stay together. So they are handy for packing away leftovers, and also for helping with portion control, but they’re not great for travel.

I am a new bariatric patient and I needed a plate to help me control my meal portions. These plates are sturdy. They are easy to clean. They have the exact portion sizes that I need to ensure that I don’t overeat! Great investment and they have been a huge help. They are also dishwasher safe! I look to buy more in the near future!
