If you are occasionally clogged up, this is the gently laxative for you.I only take one capsule at a time, so that it does not cause my bowels to fill with gas.If you are prone to gas build up, take this with raw garlic (smash the garlic, dice it, and let sit for 15 minutes, then swallow without chewing the garlic). The garlic breaks up the gas bubbles and prevents/lessens bloating. The garlic also strengthens the immune system.Product is highly recommended.
