Wonderful product
I was in search of something to give me enough energy to workout. I read up on many products. I have to be careful of ingredients, because I have severe bi polar. Many things can cause a episode for me. It is very hard to find anything for energy because caffeine is a ingredient that can trigger my condition.I take the Raw Apple Cider in this brand. It has worked great for me and has greatly helped my blood sugar. So I had a biased trust in their other products.I seen many other reviews stating the caffeine in this, did not give them jitters. That is a good indication that it has a “clean” type of energy it gives you. So I took a chance and ordered it because I was desperate for energy and this so far had been the best ingredients.For the first dose, I opened the capsule and poured out the powder in a container. This was so the first dose I took, would be a small amount for me to get an idea how my body would respond. That went well. And later that day I took a whole capsule.It did exactly what I needed. It gave me focus and energy without feeling shaky or manic from my bi polar. I was able to workout for 2 hours.And it also is fantastic at surpressing my appetite.Everyone is different and this may not do the same to others who take it. However, it worked for me and I’m so thankful I found it.

Works for me!
I’ve used this product for 60 days now and it does work! I’ve been working out regularly, but my eating habits aren’t the best (mostly on weekends). I’ve still managed to lose weight because I feel like fuller faster so even when I don’t eat healthy, I don’t eat as much as I used to. It also helps keep me regular. The one thing that made me sure it works is I went on vacation for a week. Whenever I’m on vacation, I’ll still work out, but I allow myself to eat whatever and enjoy being on vacation. After a week of eating all sorts of food, both junk and healthy, I came back and did not gain a lb! I stayed the same weight when normally I would have gained at least 5 lbs due to eating whatever I want. To me this is a big deal and shows the product works!

Decent but there’s better…
Give decent energy but not much compared to other thermogenics I’ve tried. Also had the side affect of making me break out in and on my face. I’m in my 30s and I haven’t had acne since high school but once I started taking these I broke out. Work pretty slow for weight loss but they work. I recommend as a cheap alternative if you can’t shoot better ones.

took the entire bottle as suggested 2 pills a day.it gave me energy and the drive to exercise.it is by no means a miracle pill and you have to diet and workout along with taking it.just watching what I ate and taking the pill i did manage to shed about 6 pounds after the entire bottle.

ALREADY OPENED!!
Very upset because I was excited to try the ingredients I had read about in this product. Only to discover that it’s already been opened with the seal broken around the edges, the cotton out of the bottle, and mysteriously possibly something else inside! Don’t want to ingest something that will lead to my death but this is flat out creepy and disappointing!

Actually works!
I’ve been taking this for a month now and it’s helped me lose 17lbs! I started at 285lbs and am now 268lbs. It doesn’t make you feel anxious or jittery or anything like that. You just get a subtle rise in your energy level that just makes you feel like doing more. I do also use the nighttime formula, too. It’s improved my sleep.

Needed in my life
Just wanted to review these supplements I found on Amazon. I’m on a weight loss journey and I needed something to suppress my appetite. I researched several supplements and these are the ones I chose. They are not one of the “best seller” thermogenic burners here but have almost the identical ingredients and they cost less. These pills have increased my energy, and helped me take off some weight. Also curbs that hunger between meals. I sometimes have to make myself eat even if I don’t want to because they work that well. Try these out and save some money! Hopefully you will have positive results as I did too!

I notice ZERO benefit.
I only gave 2 stars bc the quantity to take wasn’t crazy but I’ve noticed zero thernogenic effect, zero weight loss even w continuous exercise and reduced calories. It didn’t even help w water weight. Will not try again.
