How I missed jumping rope!
I’m 42 and I haven’t jumped rope in years, seriously since grade school. I saw this pink jump rope and thought it would be a fun item to add to my home gym.The quality is excellent (nothing like those plastic ropes I had as a kid) and I like that you can adjust the length -I am 5’4″ and I shortened it quite a bit.I went outside as soon as it arrived to my house- and HOLY WOW jumping rope is one heck of an exercise. I wear a fitness tracker and I was really surprised how many calories I burned and how it quickly got my heartrate up into a good range.This was totally a win, and is so much more fun than the dance/yoga videos I have been working out to lately. I really love this jump rope and I’m glad I gave it a try.

It’s a jump rope
Well, it works well just like a normal jump rope so that is good. I am not sure why it came with a back up rope, I think that is kind of a waste because I am not going to hold onto it to replace it if and when it breaks. The pro to this is that it is adjustable. It is very long and is able to be shortened. Overall, pretty good.

This jump rope is great! It has a nice soft but sturdy grip and the rope is a nice thickness. I think it’s worth the money since it feels so durable.

Jump rope
This skip rope is lightweight yet durable. The only downside is that it does tangle! Other than the tangling, I do enjoy it for exercise.
