Useful in creating tracking consistency
LOVE IT! Recommended by a friend. At first I was nervous that it was yet another trendy thing, as my normal journaling is inconsistent. Plus, I am already tracking my food in an app. But this has been surprisingly helpful and easy. Simple, requires minimal time yet helps you put everything in one place to them analyze and reflect. You can quickly see your areas in need of improvement, but also see the positive habits you are creating ( we need that positive self talk on these health journeys). It also helps create consistency in your tracking, therefore also in what you’re eating. I would highly recommend.

Simply Perfect
I am trying to get fit to decrease sciatic and low back pain, as well as to fit nicely into my bridesmaids dress for my sister’s June wedding. I am old school and need to write things down on paper in order to actually process and remember things, so found this journal after a lot of Amazon perusal. This journal is simple, has a very subtly beautiful layout and design, and is just perfect for daily and weekly processing of my goals, nutrition, movement/activity and focus. I plan on using this one up, and may buy another once the 12 weeks are over!

It’s great
I very rarely write reviews but this deserves one. It’s great and thorough but not overwhelming. I like that it’s broken into 12 weeks so I can focus on goals during a shorter period.I’m getting another one for the 12 weeks after the one I currently have has been completed.

Very detailed
I like that many aspects of losing weight are detailed in this journal as well as progress reports. I haven’t used it yet as it just arrived, but my first impression is a good one. The cover is nice and the journal is spiral bound making it easy to write. I’m excited to start using it.

Love this Journal!
Perfect set up to track my exercise & more! You can extend it for longer & it’s small enough to toss in my book bag or larger purse.

Great journal!
After a week of using this planner, I’m loving it! Just what I was needing. I love the simplicity, quality and space to write down my weekly and daily meal plannng. Highly recommend.

This is a great daily journal, I love that it focuses on overall health and wellness and isn’t hyper focused on food/calories (though it’s set up easily for tracking cals/macros). I did calorie tracker apps for years, and often got obsessed with the numbers, weighing and measuring everything… there’s something more mindful about writing everything down instead, it’s not about being perfect. It’s also has sections that ask you to self reflect as well as always setting daily intentions, which I find therapeutic. I’m on week 8 and have already lost 15lbs! I’m going to buy another when the 12 weeks is over.
