It’s perfect!
This is a healthy way to track your food. The entire book is food based. You also have pages to write down recipes you have, monthly calendars to keep track of appointments or life events. You can also track your weight, your measurements, and a place to add a before and after picture. I have disordered eating-so a few of those I don’t use, just because it would make me or the OCD worse. I really just wanted a book to chart my daily eating. It’s great because I can take a picture of it, and send straight to my nutritionist. I got the mint green because I love green for anything health food related and it’s beautiful! I wish they made a medical book to keep track of medications as well, but the best one I’ve found for that is by cleverfox. It also gives you a guide book, stickers and an expandable back pocket. The book is smooth and feels sturdy in your hands. It’s the perfect size for your purse!

Excellant journal to log food and excercise
I am using this LEGAND WELLNESS PLANNER to record meals and daily excercise. Each journal page includes all the elements needed to track my progress to a healthy life: Date/Day; Sleep time; Weight; Adequate space to log separately each meal and nutrition counts; Beverages and Snacks; Exercise/Activity with Time and Calories burned; Water; Caffeine; even Mood, Digestion and Energy levels. At the bottom of the page is space for my own Notes. Bonuses (to me) are Monthly calendar pages, Weekly Weight tracking, Calories and Macros for common foods, pages for recording my own healthy recipes! Oh, this planner even has a pocket in the back with fun stickers that reflect achievements and encoragement! AND an elastic pen/pencil band so I always have one at hand! Great Planner, but I wish
I wish the food diary included a column to track fiber intake. This is important for a weight loss journey. Also, the columns in the common foods section that list the calories, fat, carbs and protein are not in the same order as the columns where you fill in your daily intake. It’s really annoying and I’m not sure why they did that. So instead of just jotting in the details straight across the columns copying what’s on the common foods chart, you have to pay attention to which column to put it in because they do not align. Other than that this planner is very well made, the size is perfect and the color options are beautiful. The bookmark ribbons are very useful.

I started a new healthy eating plan and wanted something nice to keep me accountable. I ordered this and wow it’s so nice. It’s like a beautiful book. Has a calendar, has daily activities etc. I am so happy I bought this. After I use it up in 6 months I will be buying a new one. Very happy.

There is nothing not to like about this product. I was struggling with tracking my food and macros and this journal planner has helped me tremendously. Excellent tracker
This is the second one I ordered. Great tracker, and small enough to place in a quart size ziplock bag to protect it when I carry it around. This time did not see color options and received the same color as first one, but it is still perfect.

Love this Planner!
I absolutely LOVE this planner! It is even more beautiful in person!I was looking for a planner to log my exercise as well as my diet and meditation practices. By logging this information holds me more accountable in following through with my goals. I love that it has three different ribbons to hold the place of the pages as well as an elastic band to keep it secure. It is easy to track my progress and the stickers are a beautiful addition. Great size. Good quality. Clear and clean. I love everything about it. Comes with a nice little explainer how to use, and how to take your measurements. I for one didn’t know you took your chest measurements underneath your boobs as a woman 🤷 it even explains how to calculate how many calories you should eat in a day, depending if you want to stay, gain or loose weight. also comes with a 60 days return window with a 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied. Comes with stickers as well, I usually never use the stickers when ever they’ve been provided because they usually looks a bit tacky imo, but these were really lovely and I wish there were more! I like the fact that you start the book with writing your goals, your starting point, and having to think about the reasons why you want to achieve the goals, and how you are going to reward yourself if the goal is met. I like the fact that it has a page for your before and after picture, and pages where you can write down your favourite recipies in detail. I just wish there was a couple of more pages for recipies, but as someone has mentioned before it was a pleasant surprise that this book covers 5 months of tracking where other books only covers 3! It has some pages with some macro counts on raw ingredients as well, just wish it said in dl instead of Oz but that’s just me being picky. In the end of the book there’s some dotted pages for you to fill in what ever you’d like. I like the sleak design, the three page marker ribbons, penholder and elastic band around it. It’s clear, motivational, and even has some small unexpected details you wouldn’t expect. It’s pretty much perfect, close to it. Value for money, I’d recommend this. It’s a nice balance of motivating you, not being overcluttered with pages you wouldn’t use etc. I can see anyone getting the full use of all of the pages in this book. Thank you.

I really like the legend journals due the quality and design of the covers, and the clear readable layouts inside x I bought this one so I could keep a record of my calorie intake during weight loss, but particularly like this one because it has the added bonus of also keeping on track your fluid intake, stress and energy levels. It also has a section at the bottom of each daily page to add your own habits, we’re I put a record of my 5-a-day x It’s a really handy size to take out with you and its not too heavy x The stickers are an added bonus for encouragement x It’s good value for money and I recommend it to others to give it a try .x.
