Lost 15 lbs in three months
I never write reviews for products on Amazon, but this product seriously worked. Be consistent, up your activity levels, and you’ll see results after two – three months. I mean I start to see small results after the first two weeks but now, the weight is just shedding off me and I’m down 15lbs since the beginning of the year.Absolutely worth for me…everyone’s bodies are different obviously but with exercise and healthy diet, this will help!

Overpriced and not effective. False advertising
This Targeted the GLP name to capture the buyers attention as if it was the same as the fat loss prescription. It does not offer the same benefits.Did not increase my metabolism nor did it reduce hunger. Lastly Something in the ingredients made my body react and caused swelling in my ankles and fingers.I would give it a 0 rating if I could.

I decided to try this product because I didn’t want injections. I had a hard time in injections due to constipation issues. I did not know Kourtney Kardashian was connected to this product. I have to say I am impressed. I began at a weight of 259 pounds and I am now 252 pounds. I am not constipated at all. I have felt as if my appetite has decreased, but I am making healthier decisions when it comes to the food that I eat because I have more time to concentrate on is nutritional value before I eat it. Before if I was hungry, I eat whatever in sight now that the hunger has suppressed, I can think about what I’m gonna put in my mouth which to me is a huge game changer. Before on the injections, I was dealing with a lot of dehydration and constipation with this product. I have not had that issue. I am only two weeks in and I have already lost 7 pounds. I know it’s not water weight per se because I am on a diuretic for high blood pressure so that doesn’t have anything to do with it. I began Zepbound injections in April for weight loss and I lost 30 pounds but, I weaned off of Zepbound in September. By December I was gaining the weight back and decided as a resolution to use pills that encouraged the GLP1 hormone to activate in my gut naturally. I take two eat to follow capsule’s daily in the morning and I purchase a 30 day supply. I’m on my 2nd week. I coupled it with a B12 vitamin because I was prepared to feel groggy or sleepy on the medication because that’s what the injection did to me, but it has not been that at all. I have experienced no stomach upset at all. I’m very grateful for the daily go if you know what I mean. I highly recommend this product.

Not a true GLP-1 Solution
This is not a true GLP-1 like you would get at a doc. It helps reduce sugar cravings. I have been on a true GLP-1, and the effectiveness is not the same as Lemme. Lemme I would consider more of a multivitamin. It is not going to give you immediate noticeable effects. I took this for a month and saw a very tiny difference in my appetite and hunger. For the price though, I would say it is a great alternative for someone who does not have a significant amount of weight to lose.

Don’t waste your money
Let me start out with the fact that I have never given anything a1 star rating before. This product is a total waste of money…..unless you enjoy farting. This product did nothing that it claimed to do, but it did produce a whole lot of intestinal gas.

Didn’t expect anything
I’ll be honestly I’m usually the person that gets stuff like this and have zero results, if not the opposite, but so far these are legit. I would say I’ve had them for about a week and I notice a difference. I do intermittent fasting so usually by the time I eat I’m pretty hungry, but these do well at appetite suppressant, as well as making it so I don’t want to just keep eating everything in sight. The price is definitely a tough sell, but I would say it’s worth it for those that can’t afford to do ozempic or doesn’t qualify for it based on BMI.

Will eventually wear off
Word really well the first month but now I’m on month two and my hunger has returned, and I don’t even notice the effect of these. really bum they worked really great the first month.!

Not super effective
Using it for almost 3 weeks and haven’t really noticed a huge difference. In the beginning it curbed my cravings but lately it doesn’t seem to be as effective. I haven’t shed any lbs yet. Frustrated. Pills are large and you take 2 a day.
