Great for dieters
Best vitamin supplement I have taken. On diet meds so this is definitely replacing things I am not long getting or not getting enough of. Have it delivered on a schedule. The smell and taste is terrible but works great.

Did some research and this came up as a good choice. Reasonable price. Turns your pre yellow—just a warning. Tablets kinda large but no problem for swallowing.

A constant purchase for me
Purchased this many times. I trust this brand and their quality. Also, if you look at the nutritional label and do the math, you really only need to take 1 a day which stretches the cost per pill even more! Note that you’ll pee out the excess B-2 vitamin in here and your pee will be bright yellow, but that’s normal for B vitamins.

Amazing Energy!
The night prior to taking these, I didn’t sleep at all. I was so tired and exhausted. I took only one of the vitamins, and immediately had the energy to clean a room I had been using for storage. I knew it was the vitamin because I could barely stay awake prior to taking it. I wonder what taking the recommended dosage will do! Great product, easy to take, and has all the components I was looking for.

Another great product from life extenson!
I went back on these after a long absence . I was deathly ill last year and I’m trying to build Myself back up from the inside out. Been on them for a few weeks and I’ve noticed more energy! When I shower I don’t see clumps of hair anymore! Few strands yes, but the clumps were stressing me out. It does seem like it’s also looking healthier and some shininess. My skin looks better, so we shall see how this continues! One thing I don’t like is the smell of the pill. I swallow it quickly. It does have a slight after taste but goes away when washed down with something. Like I said, I’ve been on this for a few weeks now.

Good quality and a commitment to customer service. I hope they actually do quality test this ingredients because we reaLLy like the capsule form of this vitamin. I open it and sprinkle the contents in my protein shake. I do feel good afterwards. So, there you go.

I did a lot of research about individually buying the best supplement for issues I wanted to address. I found this, and in 9/10 cases this multivitamin uses the latest tech in supplements at a good dosage for a very reasonable price.For example it uses the methylated form of folate. Some people have a genetic disorder where they can’t process the typical folic acid properly which can lead to issues, and 99% of other multivitamins use the folic acid form because it’s cheap. Another it uses is opti-zinc, it’s well studied and one of the best for bioavailability.I would prefer a different form of magnesium as magnesium oxide is cheap and not that bioavailable, but that’s a small drawback. If magnesium is an issue for you, look at getting magnesium glycinate powder. To get a meaningful amount of magnesium there is a lot of bulk to the powder, you wouldn’t be able to fit into a multivitamin anyways.
