This may be a premature review as today was my first day taking it. I put the drops in my tea around 7:15am by 11:15am I noticed I was very energetic.I really purchased it to increase my iron level.I do love this level of energy I have but it is only the first day.

Taste is horrible. Directions had me taking a 1/4 of the dropper, until I realized I should be taking 2ml. 2 full dropper (1ml) each. Definitely gives you energy though.

Didn’t feel much of a difference and had zero taste. I ordered some online 2 years ago after lots of research and bought the best liquid supplement rated . You could taste the Iron. You knew it was making it’s way through your body . This one , I couldn’t tell you if it helped at all.
