In this book, you will find everything you need for the practice of meditation, the way the oldest and greatest authorities – Buddha and Patanjali – presented.
They left a legacy for humankind that we can all benefit from. We also cover the purpose of meditation: why man needs it, why it is so appealing to spiritually mature people, and its relationship with the soul.
Unlike other practices of meditation that deal with the mind only (mantra), or with the body only (yoga), or with emotions only (bhakti) – often leading to discrepancies that must be adjusted through rituals and beliefs – the practice of meditation presented here encompasses all these dimensions in one harmonious unit.
You will discover that a human being is composed of all the dimensions of nature. A human being is a microcosm, and therefore meditation is complete only when one becomes aware of these dimensions, not just of their body and mind. This meditation is inherently complete and does not require any support in the form of ideological or religious preconceptions.
The purpose of meditation relates to the meaning of human existence and consciousness of the soul; what we were before birth in this body and what we will become after death. Meditation is about our connection with consciousness of the soul, the divine consciousness within us that enables everything, including all of nature.
In order to understand this connection between the mind and the divine consciousness of our soul, we discuss here how the spiritual sense of meditation is connected to the latest scientific discoveries regarding the essence of nature.
You will learn how consciousness of the soul is related to the quantum field and the physics of ether – the same physics that Nikola Tesla used in order to create the base of all modern technology.
You will discover non-Hertzian frequencies and how they relate to thoughts and the creative effect thoughts have on matter. Consequently, you will be intrigued to learn that special powers (siddhi) are actually the effect of non-Hertzian frequencies from the quantum mind’s awareness acting on our physical, Hertzian frequencies.
You will see all evidence pointing to the fact that consciousness is not in the body. Our body only uses the divine consciousness, which is the essence of nature itself. Our brain does not produce consciousness; it merely slows down the current divine consciousness that enables everything, enough to become our reality by taking on the appearance of matter separated in space and time.
You will discover how meditation helps one become aware of higher dimensions through out-of-body experiences and dreams, and how these experiences relate to empathy, which promotes emotional maturity and bonds one with the unity of the divine consciousness here in reality.
In short, this book makes a connection between ancient spiritual knowledge and the latest scientific discoveries. This manual on how to apply such wisdom and knowledge to oneself instills a sense of purpose through realization of one’s true existence.

Discover how the consciousness of the quantum field forms every moment, the whole of nature – all the mineral, plant, and animal life forms – and is the same consciousness that in no way differs from the awareness human beings have of themselves. Classically, Samadhi denotes the unity of subject and object, the Self and the Absolute. Samadhi is defined here as the Unity of Consciousness and Existence. This book will show you how and why it works. By understanding astrology on a deeper level, you will more deeply understand yourself. This book elucidates the multifaceted dimensions of the awakening process, encompassing psychological, spiritual, cultural, and the deepest laws of physics. Understanding your oneness with absolute consciousness is awakening. The well-known Law of Attraction is presented in this book in a completely new way, through the explanation of the relations of the higher dimensions, which in the esoteric science are characterized by elements (earth, water, fire, air and ether).

  1. Kip Krenz

    Traditionally, yet new
Ivan Antic has managed to do the unimaginable: to convey the original teaching on meditation of both Buddha and Patanjali, to best depict their in common essence and present it in a modern way, through a direct experience and with a myriad of personal insights. This book is a great example of how the experience of the author communicates well with the experience of the readers. The book will not have a great many followers amidst the New Age meditants who fall short of comprehending the essence, why meditation is a necessity that requires a very strong discipline, additionally it will not be liked by those who cannot accept that meditation encompasses and transforms the entire life of man, but are instead under the impression that they can occasionally meditate in one way, and continue to live in a completely different way.The book will not be to the liking of various sects because there is a special chapter dedicated to the criticism of their inferior approach, the mistakes they make in meditation. The book will neither be a favorite of those who imitate meditation, who did not take up meditation because of the sense of inevitability and maturity which drove them to this experience, of which are many. You can expect severe criticism from them regarding this piece of writing, but it is all for a good reason, because it so powerfully reveals what meditation truly is and all its depth, that only a minority of really mature souls will be able to recognize the same truth that Buddha, Patanjali, Nagarjuna, Milarepa, Naropa, all the Sufi mystics, Zen masters already spoke about… the only difference is – this provides us with the purified version, without needless phrasing that keep artificially repeating, but rather it was written in a modern language with ample personal experience. It is not a humble thing to say, but it is the truth: this is a MUST HAVE book if you are a meditant already, or if you aspire toward such an experience.

    An Interesting Read…
I am amazed at the knowledge contained in this extremely interesting read. You don’t have to be a brain surgeon to understand the complexities and procedures that will ultimately lead you BACK TO YOUR TRUE IDENTITY. You will be carefully and repeatedly told that the outer world is an illusion that you can and will witness as if watching a cartoon on television. AND that the ONLY thing that can or will happen to YOU is WAKING UP to REALITY…the REALITY that you produced and witness as the DIVINE OBSERVER…it’s absolutely mind boggling…and fascinating. I am so glad that I was guided to this book.Nevertheless, if you have an intellectual hunger for knowledge and can slog through the over use of COMMAS, grammatical inconsistencies and repetition from different perspectives, then you will be REWARED handsomely with hidden (only because books like this are not opened by the masses) GEMS of invaluable knowledge.I have other books on MEDITATION that I plan to read. This book has definitely prepared me for anything that they will contribute no matter how complex.

  3. Happily Ever After

    Unique book on meditation
The book attracted me through its reviews, which seem to span extremes – from the most very favorable to some very unfavorable. So I thought there must be something original in here! And I wasn’t wrong. This is a truly unique book on meditation. It is difficult to read, but only because it goes into depth; it is in no way superficial, and nowhere does it allow readers to relax or slack off.It consistently goes in depth into the meaning of everything it talks about. After all, it is about meditation, it’s supposed to be about deep thinking above all. It’s a creative effort that you need to make, and not something fun that someone else does for you. Here, on every page, I found the utmost creativity and effort in explaining everything in a thorough way, but without imposing the views of the author. The author only illuminates the content so that you can see it in a new light. It’s not fun, but it’s a really useful book.

  4. Deja ReVu

    Reader discrimination required
This is a good book on the subject of meditation, especially in pointing to the importance of the Cūḷa Suññata Sutta for the goal of meditation. Even allowing for the somewhat ‘free’ interpretation of the Pali text, the last chapter bears repeated reading to let Antic’s ideas seep in.The caveat is that Antic also creates a metaphysical construct by bringing in things like non-Hertzian waves as a substrate of reality, without explaining what they are, or giving any evidence for them, just relying on the vague use of the concept since Tesla. As an inventor rather than scientist, Tesla’s ideas never received the scrutiny of peer review. The problem here is that this is an instance where Tesla was plain wrong, he did not discover anything not covered by Maxwell’s equations. When any modern Spirituality or New Age author claims that “Quantum physics proves…..”, as Antic does early on, or invokes the “quantum field” so frequently, without explanation, then the statement is essentially bogus. It’ll be good mental exercise, but the reader is going to have to challenge the basis for almost everything the author says. With these caveats, what Antic has done is create a metaphysic combining elements of western theism with Buddhism and Hinduism, adding the metaphors from science and giving practical instruction. The result is very valuable. His translator, Milica Breber, deserves 5 Stars for the clarity of the finished work – with another caveat: the work shows none of the clunkiness associated with ANY translation, which leads to the faintest hint of a suspicion that English might be Antic’s first language. I hope I’m wrong about that.

Unlock the door to divine spirituality with this book that covers the different forms and techniques of meditation taught in their truest form from the greatest authorities, Buddha and Patanjali.Explore why meditation is so important and how it is being used by the spiritually mature around the world. This book will connect scientific discoveries with nature to teach about our divine consciousness and how as human’s it’s possible to control this connection. Many forms taught today lead to discrepancies by only teaching one form of meditation; The mind (Mantra) the body (yoga) or emotions (bhakti). These are often influenced by unnecessary means like religion or ideologies which does not allow us as humans to unlock the full potential of the divine connection.By reading this book you will be able to combine all 3 forms of meditation as one harmonious unit that will teach about out of body experiences in your dreams and how these will take us to a higher dimension to understand our complete and divine consciousness.Highly recommended to anyone wanting to get serious about their meditation practice or who just wants more information about the real meaning of meditation and how to meditate.

  6. Atal Burhani

    Wonderful book.

  7. Damian Konieczka

It is the first, out of many books that I read on meditation that has such deep understanding about samadhi, meditation. Not only because the author omitted using ‘spirit’ language, and instead uses a lot of science but it is clearly noticeable that the author speaks from good experience.

  8. OJ Godoy

Meditacion to keep our divine essence in harmonious unit with the ONE is the most important thing in life. The author is very specific explaining very well the different types of meditations and the effects. What we should look for in meditacion. Raising our vibes, finding real peace and love.

  9. Stephen Luff

This has been a great find for me. I would classify myself as a meditator. I began my journey in 1978.I reached a very satisfying level in 2008 that took me into the eternal stillness of being. I would have to wilfully come out of that state. Probably the longest of stay in that state would be 2 hours.I decided that’s as far as I wanted or needed to go. I mean when you can sit and not hear a single thought and remain completely aware and conscious, continuously, why go further? However, I did take that ability a bit for granted. Over the years I hit a good run of regular meditation and then slip into some less disciplined months. For the last few years I’ve promised I’d get a daily commitment going, but this year, with more time on my hands to reflect (lockdown) I made meditation my number one objective daily.Within less than a month I found this and the first book SAMHADI.My lengthy intro serves the purpose of giving my highest blessing to this book! It’s filled some of my instinctual feelings of the abyss, but clarified so much as a result.Move yourself into “calm and composed” in your state of being with full awareness and you’re effectively in touch with your higher consciousness. This alone is enough to sustain one’s being for a lifetime, but the added clarity this book brings takes that to a whole new level. It moves away from a personal expression to a universal and group collective one of bringing higher consciousness into the material world for the benefit of the entire universe!
