    I don’t often give 5 star reviews. Something about this book totally resonated. Before I was halfway through reading I found myself practicing things like ‘The Three Breath Reset’. I love the micro-meditations and hacks because they’re easy to fit in to a busy schedule. I also love the fact that the author is writing from experience and I think this adds so much to the authenticity of the text. I’m so glad I bought this wee book and I’m already feeling the benefits of working the practices into my daily life. Just a calmer sense and a feeling of gratitude.
