A Tasty Soft Food Option
Healing from an esophageal ulcer these packets came in the clutch for soft food with nutrients. Aside from being convenient with no prep work, I was able to eat these throughout the day between meals. One packet is very filling and lasts for a while. Great texture and taste! Highly recommend for kids and family to promote positive gut health.

I’m OBSESSED with these. They taste so so good, as if they are loaded with sugar, but actually they have no added sugars, and are super clean and healthy. They are also bigger than some other fruit squeezes, which I like, as I am an adult. All of the flavors are good and unique.

It’s ok for a snack on the go, or to get some fiber in your diet. I gave it four stars because some of them do not taste good, if you have a texture issue and/or are picky with food not a good choice for you. I ate all the flavors to see which one/s I liked best, I didn’t hate them(I am not a picky eater) best flavor is the strawberry one.
