I recently purchased this resistance bands set and have been using it for a few weeks now. It’s a versatile tool for strength training, stretching, and rehabilitation exercises.The set comes with multiple bands, perfect for progressive overload or targeting different muscle groups.The bands feel sturdy and well-made. Even under significant tension, they show no signs of fraying or wear.Carrying bag is convenient, making it easy to take the set to the gym, outdoors, or traveling.The bands had a mild rubber smell upon unboxing, which faded after a few days but could be unpleasant initially.While the range of resistance is marked, the tension can vary slightly depending on the stretch length, which might require some time to get used to.

Great quality and affordable
The first thing I noticed about these resistance bands when I took them out of the packaging was the fantastic quality, I have had resistance bands before and the quality was very thin and cheaply made. These bands are made with durable material and very soft to the touch making them very comfortable to work with. I love the variety of resistance levels so I can customize my workout and the fact that they are different colors is another plus with the design. I use these to perform multiple exercises and I am very happy with the functionality and durability of this product.

Great resistance and supplemental tool for strength training
I would be lying if I said this could replace a weight set, machines, or going to the gym. With that said, there are quite a few ways to be creative and challenge yourself for a good workout. The resistance bands are spread out pretty well with the highest level being firm enough to give a general fitness enthusiast a good workout. Quality seems up to par and the price makes it a very reasonable deal. Highly recommend, but it would be good to look up some exercises beforehand and understand how they work. For me this is a perfect tool to utilize when my weight room is unavailable as it is also a home office for my wife.

Super glad I purchased this… finally. I have been wanting one for super long and decided to purchase. I like this product particularly because of the color coded representing different weights – better that the weights are visibly shown so no need to guess. The length and durability is perfect and have not experienced any issues. The bag that comes with it is also beneficial as you can take it will you on the go in a compact way rather than just throw it all jumbled in a bag. No smell and the product feels fine against my bare hands. I look forward to utilizing this equipment for quick workouts due to its Versatility
