When I first bought these, I overheard how band training could speed up muscle growth and saw someone else using these bands so I said why not and bought these. Out the box I loved them and used them I got more into heavy lifting and forgot about them.8 months down the line, I used them for improvement on more movement I couldnt do full body weight on. I weighed 230 then, now I weigh 195 and carry these bands everywhere.MY HONEST REVIEW: the lemon is 110% worth the squeeze. I bought these in 2022 and we are in September of 2023. These all but my red band (which I use full weight and more on) IS NOW CRACKING, its not from product research or age but from use. Products are not going to last forever, especially on those products that are under 100-200% load nearly 5x weak thats impossible. Buy these if you want a durable band.After 2 years of use, I highly recommend.

Helpful resistance bands
My fiancé arm wrestles so this was a great Christmas gift for him to have training bands at home or on the go at tournaments. These have proven thus far to be durable in use. If these bands last him a couple years-which l believe they will-I’ll be even happier.

Long Resistance Bands
If you’re looking for long resistance bands for working out I highly recommend these! I’ve been using them for about 5 months now and the quality is great, they are cute and I love how it comes in a pack of 5 for when you need to bump up the resistance! They come with a bag for easy storage and as someone who is picky with their workout equipment, they work great during workouts!

These bands were nothing like advertised, see pic. They have no weight markings and branding and are very sticky. There was supposed to be a small black item that was included. Very disappointing as it came highly recommended. Will be returning them.
