I had high hopes for these based on reviews. Sadly, they constantly move, twist and roll. I am continually having to stop and flatten, readjust and try to continue my work out. They are better for stretching due to materials but for resistance they are not as solid as the ones I have used at my gym. Decent price, good packaging, fast shipping but just am going to have to use for alternate means.
