This is a must have for my workouts now. I’m 46 year old male, before I started taking this pre workout it was a struggle just to finish my full workout. Now, no problem, don’t get me wrong still tired but have no problem finishing through now. Taste great, now when I wake up I have to have this to get my day going forget coffee to just help wake up, this gives me energy and motivation to get going. Everything sculpt nation and VShred has told me does what it says, not only can I feel the difference, but I can see it as well! That’s so hard to find these days! Everything that Sculpt Nation and VShred offer so far has been amazing, love this stuff!

Strong flavor
It definitely does what it says it’ll do, so that part is transparent, however, I don’t know about the transparency of the ingredients.

Almost perfect, but excessive dose of caffeine. Avoid if you workout later in the day!
This is the best Pre-workout drink I’ve ever tried, great clean energy, tastes great. However it would be so much better without the large dose (300mg) of caffeine!! Its about 3x the amount in an average cup of coffee. If you workout later in the day, taking this amount of caffeine can really mess up your sleep. Not to mention L-tyrosine which can also affect your sleep if taken later in the day.Because of this I no longer use this product, and switched to their pure BCAA mix- adding in some electrolytes as well.
